Things were very unorganized and chaotic at times.

Things were very unorganized and chaotic at times. When we returned to pick up our vehicle , our salesman didn’t even know our last name. We never felt like they wanted to sell us the vehicle. The truck wasn’t washed/preped when we picked it up. I have dealt with Mohawk Chevy in The past and it was a great experience. If they had what I was looking for I would have gone there. My son purchased a vehicle with you as well and has since said he will never go back for most of the same reasons.

Very smooth.

Very smooth. There are zero complaints about my experience with the sales team, the finance people or the staff finalizing the paperwork. I even had a loose caliper bolt when I drove in and one of the boys in the shop came out and helped to put it in - even checking the other ones without asking. Sure, I could have gotten a little more for my trade or less on the truck I bought, but the service made the whole experience one that I would go back to.

Unfortunately, after a great experience 3 years ago, this past experience was challenging at best. There were a lot of promises but not much action. Things were promised that were not delivered and the dealership did not follow up. I had to push things. The delivery of the vehicle was fine except there was no tonneau cover, that took several phone calls to correct. Mike Miller was the only employee who actually helped and communicated. The insurance staff were great.

Disappointed.

Disappointed. Dropped car off Fri morning. Had to call to request status of diagnosis at 4 PM. Directed to service dept, left msg. No call back received. Called Sat AM left msg. No call back received. Finally Monday AM received text/email with status. P/u car, paid bill. Problem fixed so far. Poor communication

Disappointed.

Disappointed. Car was dirty upon pickup. Found three good-size rubbed out spots on finish after washing/cleaning it myself. Crack in drivers seat trim was apparently repaired and repair didn’t hold up; cracked again. Back hatch looked to be dirt but is actually bottoming out on top of bumper leaving long mark in paint.

This is a high volume dealership due to their pricing but

This is a high volume dealership due to their pricing but also their sales team is top notch in terms of returning calls and finding a truck that had my required features. I highly recommend it shop around and then shop here so you see the pricing is lower across the board. Autotrader made that clear as well.

Bought our vehicle on line and closed on the day we picked it up site unseen. Their descriptions, photos, vehicular history all provided as well as comments as to excellent condition were as stated. Exceptional vehicle sold by honest people, We would buy from them again
