I scheduled an appointment to view a car they had listed
I scheduled an appointment to view a car they had listed online at Cars.com for 6/5/2025. The dealership called to say the car was being detailed and wasn’t available to drive or view until Saturday afternoon. I wasn’t available Saturday afternoon but made an appointment for 2pm on Monday. I drove 60+ miles to my scheduled appointment to drive/see the vehicle only to arrive and have them tell me the vehicle has just been sold. 0 out of 5 on customer experience.

We apologize for the situation, but the vehicle came back on Saturday and as soon as the pictures populated several inquiries flooded in that day--you were the third customer that showed up today, Monday to come take a look at this vehicle. I am sure you were able to look at the vehicle when you stopped in, but a customer literally purchased the vehicle when you were literally pulling up.
