We went in on a busy memorial day weekend. Olivia was available to help us within minutes. We purchased a car on Saturday and the following week my car insurance agent needed some additional information and Olivia reached out to them within the hour and got them all the necessary information.

Great experience. No pressure but gave me many choices in the purchasing process. Vehicle took two weeks to come in and I have accessories added. Kept me informed on status. All was done for pick up pickup was fast and easy. Lots of new stuff. Helped with setup. Kailey was informative and great

I went to Mohawk Honda today with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle. I was pre approved through my credit union, so the finance part was all done. The only things left were there test drive and working out the final price. I had an excellent sales woman with the initials of M.H, who was educated on the vehicle and polite. When I asked for a better price, her manager with the initials KvB came over and stated “Are you looking for some love?” I said huh. He said “Do you want some love here?” I said absolutely not, I’m looking to buy a vehicle. This was a very very odd thing to say to a customer. He didn’t say much after that when I asked him what he meant, finally stated that he wouldn’t move on the price and he left. That’s all fine and well. As a customer of course I’m going to ask for a better deal. BUT, the problem remained of him propositioning me. I spoke with the owners daughter, she was polite and professional and stated she believed that he didn’t mean what he said. I advised her that words matter, and that his didn’t leave much room for interpretation. Imagine if he said this to a woman? Needless to say, I left. Car dealers all sell the same thing. What separates one from another is service. Be wary of doing business at this dealership.
