What an awesome dealership - Our relationship began with me corresponding with Tara Thomas via email. She was so helpful and very patient with all my questions. When we walked in the front door, we were treated so well. Understanding these folks are salesman, they are not typical fake - they got it right - throughout our entire visit. Mohawk Honda is helping our daughter get out from under negative equity. We appreciate one and all and we will be back. I also drive a Honda. They have our future business, hands down. Cannot thank these folks enough.

would not negotiate on a new car price without me coming in
Discussed purchasing a new car over email and the salesperson would not negotiate or give me a new car price without seeing my trade in first...even though I specifically said I just wanted to discuss the new car without the trade. You can't make a sale if you refuse to give a price. Shocking considering the other reviews...maybe I just dealt with a bad apple or maybe they figure to put the pressure on once you are there. I don't shop that way...once I have a couple dealers that have truly fair prices (after all, a new car is a commodity), I work with them to get a fair price on a trade-in.

The sales consultant are cheating
I would give negative negative is I could do. The sale consultant offered a deal with cover my lease, but actual paper work was not, I trusted him and signed, but now they just said that was the not deal. Please check don't do the business with this dealer. if you have to please read your contract carefully

Accommodating, Personable, Informative, and Helpful
Flawless and efficient are the two words that come to mind as I reflect on my experience at Mohawk Honda. I have been contemplating purchasing a new car for about eight months now, and earlier this week (Wednesday), I decided to stop by Mohawk Honda to view my options. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and warm embrace from Jay Yudzevich (Sales and Leasing Consultant), who is taller than me, and I am 6’2. Little did I know, his height would match his larger than life personality and willingness to help. Opposed to speaking on all the sales and why I should purchase a car, he took a more personable, intentional route, which speaks to his caring, insightful personality. He asked open-ended questions to get a better understanding of my interests and which vehicle(s) would be best suited for me. During the conversation, we laughed, exchanged jokes, shared information about our different car experiences, and talked through my various options. I then test-drove the Honda Accord 2018 Sport, which I ended up purchasing today (Saturday). While in the vehicle, he shared all the benefits and perks and how I could utilize them based on my interests. This moment was crucial for me because it confirmed he was listening and engaged during our initial conversation. After test-driving the vehicle, I told Jay I would be back later in the week, which I am sure they hear a lot. I instructed Jay not to conduct any outreach to me via email or phone, and he respected my wished. Two days later, I went back to Mohawk Honda to speak with Jay about all of my options – cost, leasing vs. financing, mileage, warranty, and so forth. I am not exaggerating when I say I asked him more than 75 questions. Jay answered each question with a smile, an honest answer, and a caring nature, which made the car shopping experience more beneficial. In addition, Jay was also very patient with me, which I valued because I was nervous and asking the same questions in various ways. Due to my countless questions, Jay stayed a little pass closing, with an upbeat attitude and desire to help. After our conversation, I told Jay that I was ready to commit and would return the next day (Saturday) to pick up my vehicle. Today, Saturday, July 21, 2018 I purchased a Honda Accord 2018 Sport, which I do not regret at all. Although Jay was my main point of contact, Bekkah Dean (Delivery Specialist) provided me with a remarkable car overview, which was helpful and nothing less than perfect. She explained how everything works, connected my iPhone to the Bluetooth, shared her personal experiences with her car, and ensured the gas tank was full and the car was spotless. Bekkah was very personable and undoubtedly enhanced my experience. Thank you SO much, Bekkah! Michael A. Speranza (Business Manager) has played a vital role in my purchase today. He went over all of my paperwork, helped me interrupt the documents, and was both patient and well versed. While in his office, he provided me with one-on-one attention and ensured I felt comfortable, confident, and happy. Eric Mesiner (Manager) also provided me with assistance regarding my proof of address documents, which can be quite difficult when you have wireless billing. He helped me access my documents online and was both patient and understanding. Overall, I had the best car shopping experience EVER with Mohawk Honda and recommend anyone reading this review to go and check them out. I honestly believe I left with a new car and four new friends. Side note, I do not right reviews often and it is very difficult to impress me, but the staff at Mohawk Honda went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and person.
