Fast, friendly and as always...ABOVE AND BEYOND

Mark Ellis never disappoints as a salesperson. We have bought a half dozen Honda’s with him and he never fails to disappoint. Bekkah Dean was very helpful with setting up Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and person settings for the car.

Honda CRV Touring purchase

Mike Bennice was excellent and went out of his way to show me the features of the car before we purchased it. Took us for a test drive and I asked him to drive and show me, as I sat in the front seat, what all the features were. I felt I learned alot about the car. Many other dealerships just handed us the keys and said take it for a ride, without ever knowing about what half the features did. Matt Alverson explained to us all the features and where they were when we came to pickup the car. He did an excellent job also.

Excellent and helpful service

My 2006 Honda Civic's ignition lock system was busted and unfortunately I was stranded in a parking lot. So I called up Mohawk Honda, and sorted everything out with them and had my car towed from Cobleskill to them.I needed to have it taken to a Honda Dealer since my key is a dealer only chip key. I dealt with everything over the phone and did not go to the dealership until I picked up my car. I dealt with Ashley Dobbs, and she was super helpful with everything and provided me with all the information I needed. It was pricey to get my ignition lock system replaced but besides the cost the service was awesome and they got my car repaired the next day. I do not know the names of the mechanics but they did a great job, and the lady who helped me when I paid for it all was friendly and nice as well, though I did not get her name. Mohawk Honda is a great place to go for service and I'm sure it's a great place to buy a car as well. A big thanks to Mohawk Honda for making a crappy situation as easy and speedy as possible.

Great experience
