As a first time new car buyer I was very impressed with how thorough Brad was in explaining everything to me. He took time to answer my questions and walk me through the process. He gave me the time and attention, which made my decision any easy one.

I had to come in for routine oil change and alignment. Nicole took care of me and was wonderful - hope to work with her again. Only downside was it took 2 hours for work to be done, which is why I only gave 4 stars. But I still love this dealership-they know how to take care of their customers!!

Went in looking at 2017 CR-V, they were willing to match offers from other dealers on both the prices of the car and a trade in for my old car. never felt pressured to do or buy anything i didn't need want to. would defiantly buy another car from them in the future.

Kaitlin really listened to my needs and lifestyle and helped me to select the right vehicle. I ended up with the midrange crv and as I was driving away this morning in my beautiful new vehicle I thought to myself, "I love this car!" They made everything easy, from turning in the lease, purchasing the new crv, to financing. Brianna was so helpful in showing me how to set up new features. You've got to take a few minutes to go to Mohawk Honda! Sales people are so nice and not pushing you into anything. They have so many models to choose from. Of course what I wanted was no where to be found. They went to CT to make me happy. Damon was super. Picking up the car, Breana was fantastic. She explained everything inside and out. She even set up my bluetooth!

I went in for an oil change, they were prompt and curtious. I was in and out within an hour as promised. I would like to point out Service Advisor Nicole Kearbey for her professionalism and pleasant attitude.

Our lease was expiring in four months, so when we came in for an oil change we were invited to try out new cars and we bought one! They couldn't have made it easier. John helped us select the model car and Travis shaped the figures. Breana was especially helpful with the tech stuff.

I recently purchased a Honda hrv at Mohawk Honda in Scotia, N.Y. Damon Luton was my sales rep and he was very accommodating in helping me decide on a vehicle that was right for me. Everyone at Mohawk Honda was very cordial and I didn't feel stressed at all. Absolutely NO pressure to quickly buy a car on the spot. Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was considering. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and I plan on sticking with them for future purchases.

First time here for service and inspection and everyone was very friendly, I am not sure of the service person's name, there were several, beeper said Vincent Huba, however the gentleman I dealt with didn't look like his picture! It does not matter, they were all great!
