Good Salesman - Brian Mckenna

Exceptional service

My father inlaw has gotten many cars from Mohawk Honda and recommend me to stop in and look around for a new Honda. From the time I called Mohawk Honda and spoke to Kurt Montanye I felt like a valued customer. They really make you feel at home and at ease, you really feel a family atmosphere from the hospitality to the joking but respectful attitudes of all the associates in the dealership. The service was fast and reliable I was driving my new car same day. I must say that this was the best car shopping I have ever encountered and I would recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new car.

Wonderful Experience

From the time we walked in the door at the dealership we were treated very well. They have a friendly inviting dealership. When we met Adam Dorn, he helped us choose a vehicle by letting me try two vehicles and answering all the questions we asked about both vehicles. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

Best car buying experience ever

I bought my first Honda ever and the experience was totally stress free. I was interested in a Honda Pilot and Lindsey Haraden immediately located the vehicle and the next thing I knew I was test driving it. She was young and fresh and super excited to tell me all the features of the pilot as she owns one herself. She made me excited about the vehicle! There was no pressure and there were no games. I met her manager Micah and he was as kind as Lindsey. The car was ready for me to pick up the next day and Lindsey came in on her day off to make sure everything was perfect. When my husband and I came to get the car Micah introduced us to Jimmy who was his assistant. Jimmy stayed late to go over every feature of the vehicle and even hooked up my phone to show me the blue tooth features. I can't say enough about my experience with Mohawk Honda. This may be my 1st purchase but it will surely not be my last!

Awesome!

Jen DeCiero and Michael Speranza were awesome! They were so helpful and made our car buying experience great. They were able to answer all our questions and followed up promptly. We really love our new Pilot.

Great Experience getting a new Civic

This was my first car that I purchased on my own and it ended up being very easy and simple. Adam Dorn helped me get a good trade in value for my old vehicle and helped me find the exact Civic I was looking for. The whole process from walking in the door to finalizing payment was smooth and easy.

Pleasant buying experience

Went in August to look at CRV Lindsey worked with me and Andy her manager to get me the deal I wanted. Great customer service no pressure. Overall a enjoyable experience. Nathan there finance manager lock me in a great loan rate. Last a young man Reilly went thru the vehicle when we took possession and explained everything and set up everything to our liking. Overall great job very satisfied.

Excellent Experience

I liked Jen's approach of reviewing available cars using computer inventory to quickly narrow the choices to cars that would fit my price, size, mileage, and year criteria. We were able to select four cars to look at, three were test drove, two were considered, and then I checked information on the two cars and made a good, informed decision. I also liked being handed a printed Carfax; I have encountered sales persons (other dealers) who only wanted to let you briefly look at a computer screen, and only after being pressured for the information. I appreciated completing the purchase in 24 hours; I started Tuesday evening and owned the car on the next day. Everyone, starting and finishing with Jen, were professional.
