Travis is super accommodating and knows his stuff! Always friendly and hardworking. Went out of his way to help me did his homework for me and find a great vehicle for me and my growing family! Always a pleasure doing business with him and this is the second car I have bought from him and definitely will do business with him in the future! Thank you Travis for being awesome!

I was searching for an e-bike for my husband as a

I was searching for an e-bike for my husband as a Christmas present. Mohawk Honda was listed as an authorized dealer. I immediately contacted Travis on a Sunday. He replied right away,and within a few days, he not only made the purchase easy, he personally delivered it to my house a couple days before Christmas. Travis took time to make sure everything went smoothly and his customer service skills are amazing. I recommend him to all my friends. Great job, Travis!!

Been dealing with Travis and mohawk Honda going on seven

Been dealing with Travis and mohawk Honda going on seven years. Travis and mohawk Honda was able to get me out of a huge tuff spot seven years ago. Now with me doing my part when I go to Mohawk Honda Travis makes it a point to go out of his way to talk to you even if your there for an oil change. He asks how your vehicle is running and if you have your eye on a another vehicle New,used or lease. Now that I been a customer for several years and Mohawk took a chance with me I'm now a Super prefer customer, When I come in and Travis is there he makes it so easy to transition to my next vehicle. It feels like all I had to do was tell him I want this vehicle and then next day I come in to pick it up. Thanks Mohawk Honda on hiring a fantastic worker who remembers all his clients and Thanks to Travis in making car buying as easy as picking up the keys to drive home.

I recently just purchased my second used car from Mohawk

I recently just purchased my second used car from Mohawk Honda, and it was a great experience, just like it was the first time. My salesman Jake Hewitt was incredibly helpful and made sure to find a car that fit my budget but also fit the criteria I was looking for. It was awesome to have the salesman from my first visit (John Lucas) assist in crunching some numbers for my second car purchase. Adan showed me how everything worked in my new car, and made the experience so fun. I am a visual learner and he took his time to show me how everything worked. Brian Rae in finance was great, he explained everything clearly and made sure all my paperwork went through as quickly as possible because I wanted the car ASAP (I test drove and took the car home in the same day). While I was waiting for the paperwork to go through there was live music, and staff members kept asking if I needed anything to eat or drink, and it was just a really great customer service experience. I will always go to Mohawk Honda as the customer service is exceptional.

I truly wish I could give them more than five stars !! This is my third purchase of at Mohawk Honda, each time I have Camron Mckenna, this time I also had the pleasure of all working with Brian Mckenna. Each time, they have been so courteous, helpful, efficiently answering all my questions and I have NEVER had any pressure to buy a vehicle, just patience and reassurance they are only there to help me and give me the best information to make the best decision for myself. As I picked up my new vehicle I also the pleasure to meet Izaak, he assisted and taught me how to utilize all the new technology in my new car.

I had come to the end of my lease that I had contracted 3

I had come to the end of my lease that I had contracted 3 years ago at another dealer in the Glens Falls area, I felt it was prudent of me to buy the car as we all know that prices have become insane on some of these cars. I spoke with the salesman that I had originally leased from and I had already called Honda Financial to get my lease buyout. I was told by my credit union HRFCU that I could get a loan no problem however I had to get a purchase order from the original car dealer to get the loan, they wouldn't let me do a direct buyout from Honda Financial. I called the dealer and was told by the salesman that I could come in and sit with the business manager, I asked why I would have to do that. I was told so he can go over the warranty with me, I explained to the salesmen that I was fine as my Pilot still had the powertrain warranty left. The salesman proceeded to tell me that it wasn't an option, if I didn't buy the extended warranty to the tune of $3000.00 then they couldn't handle the sale of the car. This was the fourth car I had purchased from that group. I went to another dealer a little further away and was told the same thing, I called Mohawk and was told that I would have to pay for the paperwork but that was all. I was skeptical only because of the other two experiences, I'm happy to say that they handled most everything over the phone and all that I needed to do was drive down there once to sign the paperwork. It was just as Alex told me it would be. He was very pleasant to deal with as was Sondra whom took care of most of the paperwork. When we decide to purchase again I will definitely be looking them both up. Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Jose, Cameron and Adan while visiting Mohawk Honda. They were very professional, kind and fun. Jose spent a good amount of time showing us a variety of the used car options and was very knowledgeable of all things SUV. We're hopeful to make a visit again soon.
