We have been dealing with Mohawk Honda since 2015 when we bought our first CRV. Both the sales staff and the service staff have been knowledgeable, professional, and congenial. Our experience with the first CRV was so good that we went back to Mohawk Honda this summer to purchase a 2020 CRV Hybrid. Linda Vasco worked with us to make the purchase and trade-in process easy and hassle free. She was assisted by Alex Ringhoff and Mark Ellis, Jr.

Everyone is friendly and very welcoming. The large sales area accommodates many customers with minimal waiting time even in light of the challenges posed by Covid-19. The staff is quite knowledgeable and I had a great experience.

John Lucas and Justin McGrath were a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately I have never met these two Gentlemen as we conducted all of our dealings through email and phone conversations. Not only did John and Justin work quickly and diligently they lived up to all of their promises and commitments! John was the first Sales Person to be aggressive on my old leased car, and met my requested price on his day off! On top of all that, John was more than happy to bring the car to my house, he cleaned the car thoroughly after exiting and while practicing social distancing walked me through all of the paperwork and was respectful and accommodating. And they took my old lease car from my garage. Could not have had a more enjoyable experience!

Mike Bennice, is such an amazing guy for helping me find the car that was right for me. Not just in terms of performance of the vehicle or features of the vehicle, but also very much more in terms of price. I had been looking at and test driving a few different makes and models, but once I settled on my vehicle, he was extremely knowledgeable about not just their own Honda’s but also about other brands and their estimated costs and comparison. I was actually referred to him by my parents, and I trusted him during the whole process. He never tried to up sell me on things I didn’t need and worked with me to get me the best price. He took the time to understand what it is I wanted from a car and my price range. I will be going back to him for future vehicles! Mike Speranza was able to actually get me a better quote than what was being offered by USAA, which was great. I ended up with a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and am very very pleased with my purchase!

I enjoy going to Mohawk Honda, they always impress me and make it so easy, whether it is purchasing a car or bringing my car in for service. Every single person in that dealership makes me feel at home, and they are on top of their game. I do not get that feeling from other places that I have been to.
