3 years ago I leased a 2016 Honda Civic and from the beginning they were extremely helpful. Every couple months I would receive a call just making sure everything was going well and if I had any questions. If I had any issues, I would receive some sort of answer by the end of the day, if not earlier. I would say contacting them yourself is pretty difficult as I feel when I call I am on hold for quite a bit. I just recently bought my lease out and I worked with Dre (Adreanne) she was great, and quick. Unfortunately, it did take 3 hours for me do this process, but thankfully they had cookies so I couldn't be too mad I guess. All in all, they are a great place to do business with, they are extremely helpful, very nice, and smily which just makes it all that much better.

Unfortunate circumstances indirectly made us a make a choice of researching a used vehicle for our purposes. Mohawk Honda had a decent selection, and we're glad there was no need to visit any other dealerships. Associate Brandon Corey treated my entire family with respect and care. He was extremely personable and is the epitome of great customer service. We spent approximately 6.5 hours at this dealership and never once did we feel pressured. We are very happy to get this deal and especially the personal service from Brandon and Lindsey Haraden.

Everyone there was eager to help and make a deal that worked best for my vehicle and financial needs. I just leased my second vehicle here, and I will be back!

We called to get a price quote the same day we picked up the car from the phone call to driving off the lot with the car the service was great!
