I really was impressed with the staff and inventory at Mohawk Honda. To be greeted at the door (not just waiting and wandering around) was a pleasant surprise. My first pick was sold but there were other options and I’m very happy with a different choice!! Michael Decker was patient and relaxed. We visited with other sales staff and respectfully, they knew we were working with Mike but had good conversations about other subjects. People were so nice. Atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

Amanda did a great job. The next person, Mr Rua was a disaster.Told Amanda I wasn't sure about delivery. As was waiting for money from my truck.. Probably mid to late next week. My first encounter with Mr Rua was about cd's and rates, I didn't know I was in a bank. My next encounter was I told him 5 time not interested in 8 year fix plan . Then I was shown a bill with $2500 added in that I had not agreed to. Then Mr Rua badgered me about when was I going to pickup truck. I really liked car, but not the way I was treaed,
