Mohawk Honda

Mohawk Honda and Cameron, our salesperson , made terminating our current lease and starting our new one a painless and streamlined process. This is our fifth vehicle from Mohawk and we have always been highly satisfied with the dealership as a whole and would recommend them to everyone.

We already new the vehicle model that we wanted, so I guess that made the purchase experience a little easier. In a lot of ways it hardly seemed like buying a car at all. It was more like just having a conversation with a nice guy who gave us a price on a car. We had good reason to believe that the price was right, so we bought a new CRV ex l and picked it up the next day.

Brian was an exceptional salesperson! Helped me through my trade, first lease and current purchase. He answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Mike tried to find the best offers for my finances and situation with professionalism. Everything went so smoothly and took a lot less time than I expected. Over the past 4 years each time I was at the dealership, the place is buzzing with people and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Everyone at the dealership, including the service department, is friendly and seems to be happy doing their job! I would return to Mohawk Honda (Brian), and recommend them to anyone!

An excellent experience, which is unusual when purchasing or leasing a car. Mark was the definition of a professional and the rest of the department was pleasant to deal with. Would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Initially looked at getting an HR-V however the lease programs currently offered were out of my price range. The staff was able to put together a deal on a Civic Hatch Back that I never even considered due to its MSRP. The deal exceeded my expectations. I will defiantly be back. They are also fantastic Supporters of Special Olympics New York and the community. John and Gabe were great to work with.

Brian is a true professional! No false promises just straight forward negotiating. Did what he said and in a timely manor. The young man, I think his name was Gabe, who went over the details of the vehicle was exceptional. Whoever said young people can’t communicate was just proven wrong, he was so articulate and kind. Making this an all around perfect experience was the finance lady. Being in the banking business for over 20 years I know a skilled person when I see one.... and this one I wanted to recruit! I have no words for how much she impressed me!!
