I was recently in a car accident that left me with needing to get a new car quick. I was assigned a great rep Brad C, who worked with me over the phone as I live over an hour away. We were able to discuss and negoitate price for a new lease and helped work with the insurance company. I was able get the deal completed and my new car was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were both polite and knowledgeable. I also brought my new lease in for a car starter on a busy Saturday. Everyone was quick to help but not pushy. Car was in and out in a fairly reasonable time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Service like that makes the drive from Utica worth it.

From the first moment I got here to trade in my Odyssey, to the last, driving off in a used Accord, every individual I encountered was exceptionally caring. Special kudos to sales consultant, Nicole Oeser, who went the mile to put me at ease. She was extremely patient with me being handicapped. She insured that I would be able to put my rollator in the trunk and get into the car safely. Also, I verbalized that I hoped to make almost an even trade. She was able to come close to doing just that. My son and his wife came along as "negotiators", but there was really no need. There was no arm twisting here!
