It was good

I was given the KBB website to go to prior to arriving to find out trade in value if my vehicle. I did so and printed out the offer. Once I got to the dealership they offered me far below the KBB value.

Awesome!!!!

I love coming to Mohawk Honda for service,sales and collision because of the customer service. Today I was greeted by Jennifer Estrada. She explained what they were going to be doing, looked over the car and explained every step. She explained it would be 1.5 hours and showed me where I could wait. Knowing I was with my young son, she explained the kids room. Shen was easy to talk to and even make small talk with to avoid the silent moments. My son went out without me knowing to ask how much longer. She told him she would find out and made it a point to answer his questions. Awesome experience once again. Thank you.

Travis told me all about the Pilot and what were the differences in each . He then gave the price and I countered. My offer was accepted. The End.

Great service, great employees

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out in 45 minutes with fixing a recall. Service was excellent. Love the great customer service

Above and beyond

These guys delivered my car from Albany, NY to Roselle Park, NJ. I needed the car a certain day and they drove through a snow storm to make it happen.

Excellent Experience

I was shopping around for a new vehicle and found myself in Mohawk Honda speaking with Mike Hedges. I am a few months out from buying but he was more than generous with his time and answered all the questions I had about a few different vehicles. I would definitely recommend Mike at Mohawk if you are looking for excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Bad feelings erased.

I've written a couple of bad reviews for Mohawk Honda that I would like to retract. Had a bad experience with a salesperson and I vented to a couple of people with little or no response. Since then, Alan Kholstinin reached out to us and asked if we would come in for a sit down with him and explain what transpired. We met with him yesterday and explained how frustrated we were with our salesperson. He listened to what we had to say and was very sympathetic to our concerns. He explained that some people have a need to learn how to deal with people and what to do and what not to do. Ignoring customers is a big No No in ANY business and he assured us that he would address this with the sales staff in training programs. We left there feeling a lot better about Mohawk Honda and will return there for service and possibly for a new Pilot when the time comes. Again please ignore my previous rants and give them a try. Some of the younger sales people went out of their way to try and help us, and one such person (Brandon?) helped us with our doors locks even when it wasn't his job. Well Done.

Used car purchase

My experience started online when I was browsing. I went down to review a car I had seen and Pete was there to help. Easy to get along with, reasonable, and considerate he took care of me from beginning to end. One thing I must add is that even though he was our sales person every employee actually helped, assisted, held the door, treated us like their own.
