New car purchase

All the individuals I dealt with were extremely accommodating, friendly, courteous and very professional. Everyone knew what they were responsible for, handled their jobs efficiently and thoroughly, and in a couple of instances, actually handled things on behalf of others when they were busy with other customers. A very pleasureable experience!!

Sales Manager is the bomb....

I had an interest in the new 2018 accord. The sales associate did a great job showing me the vehicle and making the sale. The specific vehicle I wanted had to be made and transported to the dealership. This took about a month. During that time the sales manger kept in close touch with me keeping me informed of my vehicle’s status. When the vehicle finally came in there was a very quick and easy delivery. I am looking forward to driving and critiquing my new 2018 accord......

Mohawk Honda came highly recommended by friends and family who are satisfied Mohawk Honda repeat customers. My experience further reinforces this positive reputation. My initial contact at Mohawk Honda was with Travis Horne, who is patient, knowledgeable, and most cordial. After hearing my wants, needs, and parameters, he connected me with Brian McKenna and Johnna Kennedy. They worked together as a team to seamlessly meet my car needs while staying within my desired budget, no small feat, but a challenge that they easily and cheerfully met. Quickly they were able to arrive at the perfect car for me – a solid, low-mileage, well-appointed Sante Fe that pleasantly is quite attractive, as well. Jake assisted me at delivery patiently walking me through the options and controls of the car. I took my car, Pearl, on our first road-trip to NJ last weekend. She is comfortable, handles well, and her mpg is amazing! I couldn’t be happier! I am definitely a Mohawk Honda customer for life! If you need a car, Mohawk Honda is the ONLY place to go!

My previous car, a Buick LaCrosse was totalled 1 week ago by a drunk driver who hit me head on. I came to Mohawk Honda with a walker! They treat you like family...

If you are thinking about purchasing a Honda in my area, there are a number of dealers from which to choose. Of course, one always wants to get the best deal possible on a new vehicle. One may even consider travelling some distance in order to secure that deal. That was me... After getting quotes from various dealers near and far, I was prepared to drive more than an hour and a half to buy a 2018 Ridgeline. Did I really want to do this? No. So I went to Mohawk Honda after having a conversation with Diane, one of their BDC Specialists, who had encouraged me to come by before making this long drive to another dealership. I met Mike, my Sales Consultant, early on a Saturday morning. I explained to him that as a local business owner, I wanted to purchase the Ridgeline from a local dealer as well. Mike understood my position immediately. After taking one of their trucks out for a test-drive, he was able to quote a price on the new Ridgeline and an offer on my trade-in that completely exceeded my expectations. The decision to purchase the vehicle from Mohawk was a "no-brainer." Mike promised me that he would be able to get the Ridgeline in one of my three color choices, as the one in stock at the dealership was in (gasp!) white. After sealing the deal I met with Mike, one of the Business Managers, to review the financial information. He was able to get me a very low interest loan (better than my own bank!). Mike was also able to arrange an extended warranty package that will help insure that my new Ridgeline stays in good shape for a long time to come. I took delivery of my new Ridgeline yesterday. Colin was my Delivery Specialist, and he was able to get everything set up in the vehicle in an efficient and informative manner. Everyone with whom I interacted at Mohawk Honda exhibited the most professional and courteous manner. Thank you, Mr. Haraden, for having such a wonderful team!
