Amazing

AJ is an amazing young man. He is extremely knowledgeable of the products and services offered. He listens to your needs and works within your parameters with no pressure to buy something you do not want or need.

great service

Had my Honda S2000 serviced this past week. Want to give a great report and shout out to Travis and NICK IN THE service dept. Excellent work, diagnosis and execution on my car. Professional, quick turn around and excellent communication. They have made me a Mohawk Honda man!!!

Amazing Experience

Camren was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. His friendly personality encouraged questions and he was able to explain all the options and benefits With ease. He took all the time necessary without making you feel a bother. The response time of the entire team was exceptional. They made you feel that you were their only customer. When we picked up our car Brieana was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things easily. We left feeling safe! We would definitely recommend Mohawk Honda!

Good Exapearence

I just picked up my second lease from Brian McKenna at Mohawk Honda. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff there! Such a pleasant experience, I will never ever go anywhere else. Brian made the whole experience quick and painless, I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Aelyn Romleski was my delivery coordinator and she did a fantastic job. Absolutely outstanding customer service from everyone, thank you!

quick and easy

It was an easy 1,2,3 process and I think I skipped 2 or 3. My wife and I looked online, got a call back about the car we were interested in the next day from Leigh Keller and set up an appointment to see it the day after. I was put in the hands of Brian McKenna who made it very easy to like this dealership. No nonsense we discussed the car, my trade and then options that I wanted. There was no pushy over selling of stuff I didn't want or need. The rest of the folks from Justin Mcgrath the sales manager to Bob O'Leary the finance guy to last but not least Breana Mathice who walked me through the finer features of the car. Thanks for the quick and easiness of this car buying experience.

Great Experience

I had a great experience getting a new lease here. From the beginning with my internet inquiry to actually driving the hour down to the dealership and finalizing the lease. Every person I dealt with was great, especially Mark. They listened to my needs, and even got me into my car a few days early so I wouldn't have to drive in a snow storm. Thanks for all your help!

Exceptional service

I was referred by a coworker who had done business through Mohawk Honda on his last purchase and I'm very happy that I started the conversation regarding my need for a better fuel efficient vehicle that's dependable. He had me text Andy who was on vacation and he took the time to set me up with one of the sales managers, Greg Johnson, who was very friendly and attentive. Greg introduced me to Brad Cittadino and relayed my situation so we were all on the same page. Brad was simply amazing. He heard out our needs by asking great questions and was super professional. He literally knows the cars inside and out. Of course we had a budget in place and he was very conscious to offer multiple options within our needs. Brad started out our process by giving us a tour of the dealership and made sure multiple times if he could get us anything from coffee to even offering me and my wife lunch. I was comfortable from the beginning and what impressed me was the fact that Brad kept saying during the tour, "Should we be able to earn your business today..." It was not a typical sales experience and they literally went out of their way to please us - corny because that is their slogan. I was also pleased to meet Eric who appraised my trade-in and Jake who showed me how to sync my new car to my phone and highlight some of the technology. They were both professional and I liked the fact that Eric introduced himself prior to taking my car in for the appraisal. I will service my new car only through them moving forward which is a 30 minute drive one way, because they earned my trust and business. I live in the Village of Colonie right off of Central Ave so trust me when I say I have service options all around me. They are worth the drive!

Productive afternoon at Mohawk Honda

It was the first dealership we visited, looking for "my" Mountain Air Honda CRV, and the last one necessary!! I had called ahead, in response to an email, so by the time we arrived, there had been 3 possible vehicles identified for us to check out. It was Saturday, and the place was very busy. There was a bit of a wait for someone to come and meet us, but given the crowd, it was perfectly understandable. Chris B. was great to work with. If he gave off an impression of being rushed, or his attention divided, it was, again understandable due to the size of the crowd that day. Lesson learned... if you want undivided attention and a relaxed, leisurely car search experience, don't go on a Saturday. It was all good though... he helped us through the comparison process looking at 3 almost identical vehicles by summarizing them neatly. We test drove one of the three and were pleased with it, but because of only very minor differences, again pointed out by Chris, we thought there was advantage in narrowing it down to one of the other two. We had every intention of visiting a competitor that afternoon as well, but when it came down to looking at the numbers and a bit of discussion, we decided there wasn't enough to be gained to be worth the drive. One last note... we were offered cookies from an apparently self-replenishing plate, an assortment of beverages, and at one point several pizzas were brought out. It wouldn't make enough difference to me in deciding what dealer to visit first, but it was a nice benefit when you've been there for a while and you've missed lunch. Thanks Mohawk Honda, for a fair deal on a great vehicle!
