Mohawk Honda

On Friday January 6th my husband Ron and I stopped in to talk to Mark David about trading my 2013 Honda CRV to purchase a new CRV. We have known Mark for years and purchased many cars from him. He then referred us to Camren McKenna who assisted us with picking out and test driving the car. We decided on the color and Camren got the paperwork ball rolling. We met with Bob Leary their business manager go iver the credit end of the deal and he also counseled us on different packages available to us to maintain our new car. We chose the Simonize package which was a really nice deal. By then our paperwork was completed, our insurance carrier was onboard and we had an appointment this morning (Jan 7th) at 9:00 am to pick up the car! I couldn't be happier with our experience. Cam was great. He was polite, knowledgeable and you could tell he enjoyed his job very much. Very impressive. We have already recommended Cam to our closest friends who are in the market for a new car. When we arrived this morning to pick up the car Cam introduced me to Aelyn Romleski and she went over the operational aspects of the car. She was very thorough and a sweet girl. She paired my cell to the car's system and it worked beautifully. Every aspect of our car buying experience was exceptional. We were treated with respect and everyone was very friendly and warm. I will be back here for my next car and I will recommend Mohawk Honda, and specifically Camren McKenna to everyone. To Mark, Camren, Bob Leary and Aelyn, thank you for making this whole experience so easy and stress free. I really appreciate what each one of you brought to the table.

This was my first dealer experience. I had only bought from private sellers previously. I was working with Dawn from The Kar-Ma LLC to shop for a new vehicle who is basically a realtor for cars that shops and negotiates for you. She lined me up with a CRV that I LOVE and was in my budget and got me a great deal. I met with both Dean and Travis to handle my sale and they were both super helpful and answered all my questions, above and beyond. I also enjoyed working with Mike Speranza who went over the warranty in great detail with me and Matt Alverson and others who answered my questions about the new technology I have never used before. They all took the time to listen and meet and exceed my expectations, and I have no regrets. I will be doing business with them in the future. Just purchased my first Mohawk Honda vehicle. Not only was the delivery and follow up experience good, but the sales experience was exceptional! Dean Kennedy was and is the consummate professional, listening to my needs and concerns to make sure I was getting the right car at the best price. He even delivered the car to me when I cancelled the pickup due to snow! Best sales experience I have ever had with a car dealership. After reading reviews online, I picked out my Honda Fit on Mohawk Honda's website and asked for an "E-Price". I received a prompt reply with a very good price and connected my bank to Brad. We all managed to get most of the paperwork done remotely. I showed up at the dealership, signed some documents, drank some coffee and drove my new car home. The Honda Fit is a lot of car for a low price and Mohawk Honda was a joy to deal with!

I stopped at Mohawk to test drive the new Pilot in the fall. My saleman then was extremely well versed in his knowledge of the vehicle and courteous.The Pilot didn't work for me but I told him to work up a price on a new Honda CRV and get back to me . I also told him I was serious, but in no hurry and I did not appreciate sales pressure etc. He was true to his word. I got the price I was looking for, however I still wanted. to wait and see the 2017s. My sales person has since left Mohawk Honda. After several months and I returned to test drive the 2017 CRV. It too didn't fit my needs with the smaller engine so I decided on the 2016 CRV . I got the same agreed price as before with no hassels. From there to delivery everything was smooth going, no surprizes. Nice!

Every department we had contact with Sales, Finance, Maintenance , Etc was great and very helpful. Everyone was polite and courteous. Fastest car buying experience ever.

The experience at this dealership (my first) was quite smooth and efficient. I dealt with Travis Landry as my salesman and he was informative and helpful without being pushy. He traded me with respect and listened to my needs. We wrapped up a deal within an hour. The only hiccup came from the finance guy who promised to call by end of business with hard numbers and instead called two days later. We had already agreed to terms and conditions so it was really only the exact payment amount I was waiting on but it still could have been handled better. That said, they were very professional on the day I picked up the car, having it in the showroom ready to be driven off the lot. I needed to spend no more than ten minutes signing paperwork and off I went. I would highly recommend Travis and Mohawk Honda in general. This is about as smooth an experience as you can expect cart shopping to be.

Everyone there were very friendly & cooperative. I was completely satisfied with My trade-in allowance. My Sales Rep Katie Gattuso was very personable, & knowledgeable about details & my purchase of a Honda CRV touring. Your facilities are excellent. There were even 2 minor details that impressed Me. The key chains with your Dealership name which would enable someone to bring them to you for Identification. & the fact you even had window sticker replacements for My EZ Pass. I would definitely purchase another Honda there. & recommend you to My friends.

This is the third car we've purchased from Mohawk Honda. Obviously, we love Hondas, but in addition we have found the staff at Mohawk to be really helpful, honest, attentive, and friendly. In the past we have purchased new cars, but this time our salesman, Zach Esposito, really worked at helping us figure out the best vehicle for us. He took a lot of time showing us how to use the special features on the car in actual driving conditions--which was tremendously helpful. Everything about the experience was great.
