Mohawk Honda is about listening, respect, and follow through

A salesman's role should not be about selling a car...it should be about listening to what their guest needs, and making sure they do everything they can to fulfill that promise. Mohawk Honda and Jason Stores did exactly that when I purchased my new Honda Fit yesterday. From the very beginning of our meeting, Jason made my wife and I feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident that our experience would be more about the relationship than about a sale. Even the layout of the showroom felt open, airy and non threatening with high ceilings and walls that focused all of the experience INward than about being a platform that looks out onto streets or highways. The thoughtfulness of the journey that a guest has seems to be at the forefront of the Mohawk Honda development process. Jason is educated well in how to communicate to his guests, and he has a sincere, genuine demeanor that checks off all the boxes on how to create the right environment for investing both time and money in a potentially large purchase. A good actor knows their script, but also knows how to listen and respond to get the best emotional impact without seeming to be "acting". If Jason had a "script", we couldn't tell, because he listened and helped guide us to getting the kind of car we needed. When there were a few hurdles in getting what we needed for our trade-in, he made us feel like he was advocating for us...and it seemed genuine. If it was a "long con", it was done well, but we didn't sense that there was anything but a genuine process going on. Being a professional magician myself, I know when someone is taking me for a ride, but the only "ride" we went on with Jason was educational and centered around our ultimate satisfaction. It worked. If it was all a script, by all means, keep it. If it wasn't a script, keep it going, because it was well crafted and effective. I just hope that the sequels are not disaster films. But I have faith that if the product, the cast, and the Mohawk Honda experience are any guide, that it will be an enjoyable journey. Thanks to Jason Stores and the Mohawk Honda Team

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Mohawk Honda. Vikki listened to what I wanted out of a vehicle and helped me to decide what would be the best fit for me. She updated me frequently on the arrival of my purchase of the Honda HRV and answered any questions I may have had. Michael made the purchasing of the vehicle a simple and easy process. He thoroughly went over different warranty and coverage options allowing me to choose what was best suited for my needs. I would definitely recommend going to Mohawk Honda for the purchase of your next vehicle!

I've never had as good of service!!

I've been to the bigger name dealerships in the capital region and none of them had as good of service as Mohawk Honda. Damon was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a car! He was over all a very great guy and sales person. He helped me find the right fit for me with the right price. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Mohawk Honda is about 30-40 minutes away from where I live but it is very worth the drive because the service I received was phenomenal. Before I was able to take my new car home Derek went over the basics of the car and helped sync my phone to the car, he provided great serviced and made me feel great about my purchase! I've dealt with the bigger named dealerships and they really do not compare. I hope so see Mohawk Honda expand because they truly were exceptional.

Great Service

I have had a wonderful experience with Mohawk Honda. Lindsey has been great in listening to what we wanted in a vehicle and working in our price range. We live in North Carolina and purchased a car from Mohawk Honda because of their honesty and great customer service. I wish we could also get our vehicle serviced there, but it's a little too far to drive.

Excellent Experience at Mohawk

I wasn't in the market for a new truck but my girlfriend was and during her search Of Mohawk Honda uses inventory, I stumbled upon a truck I had to have. I was so impressed at how easy it was to trade in my vehicle and get myself into a newer truck! Thanks to Nick Bonarrigo, Lindsey Haraden, and Joe Vita for making the process so seamless! Within days my new truck was at my door and everything from financing to delivery and trade was handled. My girlfriend has been buying vehicles from Mohawk for years and I totally understand why as the experience is like no other. I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and give the entire staff a big thumbs up for their amazing customer service!

Highly Recommend Mohawk Honday

Everyone at Mohawk Honda made the process of buying a new car as easy, efficient and painless as possible. I came in just to test drive a car and four days later, I'm enjoying my new Honda Fit. Mike was a pleasure to work with and helped me to find the right car to fit my needs and budget. Nate made the financing process very easy and was extremely helpful, as was Derek when he helped me to sync up my phone & car before I drove it off the lot. I found everyone at the dealership to be extremely friendly and attentive! I heard from both Mike and Nate several times between when I looked at the car and when I picked it up, just to make sure everything was all set. This was the easiest car-buying experience I've had and I would recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone.

Exceptional service!

Michael Martin and team worked with me and my wife over a period of several months to help us understand our needs and deliver the vehicle we wanted within a budget we can afford.
