Purchasing a New 2016 Odyssey
My experience at Mohawk Honda purchasing a new 2016 Odyssey was great. I was treated with respect and the whole staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Nick Vita went out of his way to expedite the process once a deal was struck. Thank you Mohawk Honda.

Fast, Simple, Smooth & Honest!
In short, dealing with Mohawk Honda was a refreshing, simple and pleasant affair. After dealing with - and being frustrated with - many dealers via e-mail and telephone, I very fortunately came across Mohawk after finding that they had the exact make and model used car I was looking for. Many other dealers did, as well. But, the difference with Mohawk was that they not only offered me a GREAT, very fair, slightly under market value price for the car, but also stuck to that promised price all throughout the process - never nickel-and-diming me or trying to raise it at all - WHILE doing their absolute best to find me financing, get me to my desired monthly payment, and to provide me with speedy, pleasant, honest service - and all through e-mail and phone! When I test-drove the car, they accommodated me quickly and were supremely friendly and helpful. They never pressured me, either. The actual dealership is very nice and comfortable, as well. Mohawk Honda was, BY FAR, the most pleasant dealership I dealt with in my recent search for a used car. They blew everyone else out of the water with their service, their professionalism, friendly nature AND price! How often do you find that?!? Without hesitation, I whole-heartedly recommended Mohawk Honda. I, initially, dealt with Leigh Keller and, then, Mark Ellis. They were both wonderful and kept each and every promise they made. Fabulous experience!!
I gave this review a 5 star because every employee we worked with went above and beyond! Our experience started with Ashley Taber who spent weeks and weeks locating the perfect vehicle for us! She found us a vehicle that was nearly impossible to find! Our sales associate was Camren McKenna! I have bought many cars over the years and Camren went above and beyond with his customer service! He made sure the vehicle was exactly what we wanted, made sure it was in perfect condition On the interior ( my son has bad allergies) as well as the outside. He also put the transition together in a timely and convenient way for us! Andy Gulecher was our manager and he was able to get us into this fabulous vehicle at a price we could afford! And finally Riley Smith spent a lot of time going over the features of the vehicle because it was a huge upgrade for us with many new features! I highly recommend working with each of these employees and look forward to doing so again in the future!!

Attentive service in a busy dealership
Frank Kinch worked with my husband and I when we bought a new CRV. The place was very busy and Frank was attentive and made sure all our questions were answered before we finalized the deal. We went on a test drive and on our next visit he took us on another test drive to ensure that we were aware of all the safety features on the vehicle. On the day we arrived to pick up the vehicle he sat with us in the vehicle for at least 30 minutes making sure we were comfortable with the technology, including setting up the Bluetooth connections.

Honda Accord EXL
I was at other dealerships and no one else offered to swap with another dealer to get the car that we wanted. I felt that I got a really good deal and was very happy with the car and the service.

$30.00 is to much for a oil change I also own a Ford service is much more reasonable can't wait till lease is up on Honda

pretty painless a little more time then nessary
Nice people overall make you feel comfortable with your purchase sometimes a little too long of sitting without any word of length of time at far as how much longer until everything is finalized. bring something to do.
