Warranty and Service Repairs
I bought my used Mini Cooperback in May of 2014, and purchased an extended warranty. I brought the car in for multiple engine codes and little power. Within a few hours I had gotten an update that my car needed a fuel pump and would have to be sent to the Mini dealership to be fixed. I rental car was available for me if I needed it and everything would be covered under the warranty. Awesome!! Then when I went to pick my car up, I asked if wheel bearings were covered under warranty, to my surprise they were. So the car stayed at Mohawk Honda and they replaced the wheel bearing and that was done in two days only because they had to wait for parts to come in. While the Mohawk Honda tech was working on my car he noticed a seal leaking. This would also be covered under warranty but had to be taken back to Mini due to a special removal tool. This took multiple days because keeler Mini sucks and my car didn't get pulled into the garage until three days after if arrived. I have to give a huge shout out to the Mohawk Honda service team, both the tech that made sure the seal got fixed and didn't just fix what was assigned and also Nicole Kearby for giving me a step by step update. She worked diligently to make sure the warranty covered each apprioapriate part. Again thank you Mohawk Hondaa tou

Very Pleasant Experience
This was our second visit to Mohawk Honda. At our first visit about a year ago we did not reach a deal to purchase a new car. This time we purchased a new 2015 Honda CRV. We received the best price on the new car at Mohawk after internet shopping from several local Honda dealers and we received a fair price for our trade in. The service and courtesy provided by our salesperson Tasbeer was outstanding. Looking forward to establishing a long term relationship with Mohawk. Highly recommend visiting Mohawk to purchase your new car.

Waited 4 hours for 15 minutes of labor
Apparently this is a habit since I've verified it with someone else who took their car in for service. I had an appointment to replace a single tire since I had a flat. I was told it would take an hour and twenty minutes to do so since they had to order the tire. So I waited knowing Walmart (which was 1/2 mile down the road) doesn't take reservations and usually takes an hour to do anything. A 20 minute difference wasn't a big deal. I inquired about the progress multiple times and was told "20 more minutes" multiple times after the initial hour (the time i was told it would take for the tie to arrive ). An hour and 20 minutes turned into much much more. FOUR hours after I arrived my car was finally done. One tire. 4 hours. No apology or explanation. Just a "sign here". They did the same thing to another customer of theirs. Very poor customer services. I waited 4 hours so they could charge me 22 dollars. Are they so desperate to make $5.50 an hour? Horrible. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE!

We are truly sorry for your poor experience and will make sure procedures are put in place so this kind of long wait will not happen to other customers. We do stock close to 1000 tires so normally we have the correct replacements in stock.
Great Experience At Mohawk Honda
We had a great experience at Mohawk Honda. We just bought a Honda Pilot from Travis Laundry. He went above and beyond for us and even stayed after hours and came in early to meet our needs. I was not sure what car I wanted to buy and went to several different dealers including a different Honda dealer. A good friend of mine recommended Mohawk Honda even though it was about 40 min away from my house. Promised me it would be worth the trip. I am so glad I went! They treat you like family and by the time you leave, you are a part of the Mohawk Honda Family. It was so easy and painless. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly. Great Experance
I have to say that Mohawk Honda was a fantastic experience. The people there were extremely nice, not pushy, and helped me find the card that was best for me. When one of my lights was discovered to be blown, no questions asked the put a new bulb in it .Lindsey and Michael have my definite thumbs up for an easy and fun experience for a first time car buyer.

A great car buying experience !!!
My family has been buying Honda's at Mohawk for 25+ years. Each time the experience was a great one. My recent purchase of a new Honda Civic was yet another great experience. I really appreciated the team approach that is present at Mohawk. My experience with Jason Cooper and Micah Troncone in creating a great deal was exceptional. Jason was very attentive to my requirements to make the deal. Micah is very knowledgeable about all facets of the dealership and worked well with Jason to create an offer that I felt was very fair. Another example of the great "team work" was Geoff Raylinsky's offer to take me out for a demo ride while I was waiting to see Jason... very impressive! Mohawk Honda is a great dealership with an exceptional service department to support after sale service! Would definitely rate them the "BEST"
