Prices too high

I spoke to sales rep before I went and ofcourse the good prices are only their to bring you to the dealer when I went there he said car was sold yesterday. Please be careful when your are buying from Joliet toyota.

Today I took home my new Scion T.C ,Nate was a great help...

Today I took home my new Scion T.C ,Nate was a great help he took his time with me ,showed me several different options .He also let me test drive all the models .

I bought a great truck, at a great price! Rafael the salesman did a good job to make me happy. Jim the finance man did a great job, and worked with me to add on the extended warranty! Thank You Thomas Toyota! See you soon for my scheduled maintnance :-)

Excellent dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent dealership. I've been to Thomas 3 times for my vehicles and they provided NOTHING but the best service EVERY TIME. Really impressed on their willingness to help you out depending upon your financial situation, and not push you away out the door. Rex was great, he has great communication skills and he can really relate to customers my age. I also worked with the Floor Manager (I did forget his name), but he was also very interested in helping me and mom get into a brand new Toyota and that's what he did. He even entertained my mom, talk about excellent customer service !!! If your looking for a vehicle, I recommend Thomas Toyota. I will be returning, if and when the time comes.

Very Informative

Nate was very informative about the cars that would best meet my needs. He explained everything very clear to me. He did not rush me either. I would recommend him to other buyers for a car.

My salesperson was great finding a vehicle to fit what we were looking for.He kept trying until he found what we wanted.Negotiation was smooth.I would recommend Thomas Toyota to all my family and friends

New to Illinois and needed to get my Toyota Tacoma...

New to Illinois and needed to get my Toyota Tacoma serviced. Called and got the answering service; scheduled to drop the vehicle on a Friday night so they could service on Saturday at their leisure. Answer service told me to drop it at the Nissan store next door. I repeated his request twice because it didn't make any sense to me. But... went any way to drop at Nissan and it turned into a real head scratcher with me and the Sales Manager. They walked me over to Toyota to straighten things out. Decided we could wait a few 1k miles to do my service, so I said I would call back to reschedule. Instead of calling I decided to stop by last Friday. Walked in service, stepped into a booth, no one said hello after walking past me several times, then finally they all went out in the shop area. I stood there thinking someone would come back to help me. NOTHING. Got in my vehicle and drove around the back side of the building where I spotted the lady who walked past me in the service drive (and ignored me) back there smoking a cigarette..... I just made my service appointment with Orland Toyota in Tinley Park. Spoke WITH someone in Service and they are happy I'm coming.

I called Thomas Toyota the other dayep my car would not...

I called Thomas Toyota the other dayep my car would not start .The young lady that answered the phone gave the option to have my vehicles towed in she was very informative note the time was 30 min prior to closing .I called back 5 min later and asked for a manager just to make sure that someone would be there cause I needed a rental or loaner to drive ,I was told that the service manager was go for the day but the customer relation manager was available.He told me that he would have someone wait unfilled I make it ,when I made it I was meet by 3 ppl .Now that's customer service .
