I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION AND IT WAS APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. CASHIER WAS NOT VERY INVITING. THEN I WAS ASKED IF I WANT A CAR WASH AND SAID SURE. SO I WENT IN THE WAITING ROOM AND 55 MINUTES WENT BY UNTIL I WAS DONE EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 25 MINUTES TOPS. SO OK, NO BIG DEAL. THEN I GO SEE MY VEHICLE AND IT WAS NOT EVEN DRIED OFF AND WAS BEGINNING TO SHOW WATER MARKS. THIS IS WHEN I ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO DRY MY VEHICLE. NOW THIS WAS A VERY HARD TASK FOR THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT WERE SENT OVER TO DRY MY VEHICLE. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY WORKED VERY VERY SLOW AND THEY DIDNT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO DRY MY CAR AND THEY CLEARLY DIDNT WANT TO DRY IT. THE FOLLOWING DAY I CALLED CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND GOT JERMAINE HALLOWAY. HE SEEMED TO BE EMBARASSED FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. HE CLEARLY WANTED TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT AND DID WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THANKS JERMAINE! ~TANYA

I drove from 2 hours away to purchase a vehicle, they knew we were coming and that In was prepared to buy the vehicle pending a test drive. We got there and were informed that they had just sold the vehicle, to me if you know someone is coming from two hours away to buy a car then you probably shouldn't sell it to someone else...completely classless. I wasted 4+ hours of my time and a tank of gas for nothing.

I had the worst experience with this dealer. I am only rating 1 because I have to. otherwise I would give -5. They sometime say the car is sold and sometimes its still available. even after my loan was issued from my bank after the dealer has done all the paperwork then I took the cheque to take the car delivery and they said the car was sold to somebody even though it was still in the lot. when I asked about it they don't want to sell it to me. they are all such a rude people especially the Managers and the Finance person Collins. I wanted to proceed legally after the incident and I am doing it now.

I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENICE EVER AT THIS DEALERSHIP.I WOULD LIKE TO START OUT W/ SAYING THAT EVERYONE IS NOT PERFECT BUT NOBODY SHOULD EVER BE PUT IN A CAR TO TAKE HOME W/OUT 100% APPROVAL. COLLIN (FINANCE DEP) SENT ME IN A CAR HOME & SAID EVERYTHING IS GOOD. ALL PAPERS SIGNED.ON MY OWN FREE WILL(NOT RECEIVING ANY CALLS) 3 DAYS LATER I WENT BACK UP THERE TO GIVE COPY OF W2. THEN HE KEEPS ME THERE & ASKS FOR $5000 DOWN TO KEEP PAYMENT THE SAME WHAT HE SAID WOULD BE NO $ DOWN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, everyone was extremely friendly. Although, both Sammie and Matt were new, they were extremely knowledgeable. We just purchased our second Toyota Prius. My wife and I knew the 2011 Prius model we wanted to purchase and I saw several advertised on the Thomas Toyota website at an attractive price. Plus, Thomas Toyota offered a free lifetime powertrain warranty. When we visited the dealership, we were greeted and treated in a friendly, professional manner. After a test drive and some serious price discussion, we arrived at a deal that was satisfactory for us. We thought about it overnight, then called and picked up our new Prius the next day. The process was straightforward and professional and we felt like valued customers. We are very happy with our new car and our relationship with Thomas Toyota.

If you enjoy haggling, this may be the place for you. We were an easy sale, pre-approved by bank, and knew exactly what we want. Just looking to buy a car. Then the games started... I'm not interested in playing games. I walked over them starting a $500 haggle. One of their competitors was interested in actually selling me a car without the games. Toyota is a great product don't let this dealership dissuade a Toyota purchase. This will be my forth Toyota.

Everybody I met at Thomas Toyota treated me in a friendly and professional manner. The process was as painless as any car purchase can be (there is always paperwork, prep and so forth that take time). I never felt pressured or uncomfortable as we finalized the deal and felt that Dave, my salesperson, Colin, in Finance, and Jermaine were all excellent to deal with.
