Don’t do it…! Whatever you plan on doing don’t with this dealership! Dealership is known by the service department! I brought my vehicle in for recalls and it left with issue. I drive my vehicle four hours a day so when I picked it up from the dealership and heard the loud noise! I immediately knew something was wrong. Don’t trust the smiles and don’t do business here! This is the typical scam you have heard for years from car dealerships….

Don’t do it…! Regardless of what you need done a dealership is know by their service department. I recently brought my vehicle there for Recalls. I received a call that several items needed to be fixed which my mechanic says they did not! When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed a strange sound coming from under the left front area. I drive this vehicle four hours a day and I know every sound it makes. This is not one of them. My vehicle was not making this sound when I dropped it off. After picking it up I immediately knew something was wrong! It was so loud and obvious. What a scam! You can’t tell me you didn’t do anything just because the recalls were not in that area. When I left it there from driving it two hours there was no sound and now it is horrible…! Don’t do it!

They severely lack customer service skills.
They severely lack customer service skills. I tried calling MULTIPLE times regarding a large trim piece that came off my 2024 tucson while traveling, put on hold multiple times, given a fake email address to send the pictures (when I called to follow up I'm told there is nobody there by that name) Get back in town, go to service, 5 people at the counter NOT ONE acknowledges me...finally get help, then service manager tells me he is TOO busy to talk with me??!!! He needs to have a conversation about CUSTOMER SERVICE and their lack of it. (FYI at my first service they tried telling me I needed an alignment...went someplace else and they showed me on the computer that it was NOT needed).

Tall white man with cap help us first but he very racist and talk about war and politics- we switch to black man, he better, nice friendly, but talk too much, waste much time, boss give bad prices we leave unhappy, wife and son sad and hot.

My first time visiting the new location. There was no one there to greet you, took me awhile to find a person. Also parking at this MUCH LARGER new location is worse then the old one! So i tell the salesman why I am there he says they will appraise my car and he will get me one to test drive. He then was bouncing around doing other things, finally brings the car out tells me to look at it and he will be back. So i never get to drive the car. He eventually comes back and has a bit of an attiude giving me a very bad price which didnt even include the rebate and a very low price for my trade. I have bought 3 cars from these guys in the past never seen this kid before. He acts like he a boss and tells me thats the final price etc etc. EVERY TIME I GO THERE THEY TREAT ME LIKE A NEW CUSTOMER WITH THE LOW BALL OFFER ETC BUT USUALLY EVENTUALLY GO UP. THIS TIME WAS WORSE BY FAR AND MANAGER DIDNT EVEN COME OVER LIKE USUAL. Nicer Building and Location = worse service?

Absolutely the worst service dept they wrote up service was completed and nothing was done when I showed them my proof they took my car and actually completed the service,imagine the people that weren't SERVICED😜

I am in NYC and found an incoming stock of 2024 Elantra N
I am in NYC and found an incoming stock of 2024 Elantra N from this dealer. Despite the 4 hours round trip on driving distance, I still decided to go AFTER confirming over the phone that there is no dealer mark up. Funny enough, dealer mark up was there. I still do not understand part where they ran the credit check first (hard pull) and then came up with the offer with 3k mark up on the vehicle. I understand this specific model is rare but it still doesn’t explain or justifies the way they work. Giving the number prior to running a hard inquiry should come first. If you’re going to be greedy at least be transparent so that people don’t waste their time. It is a shame that Hyundai that makes fantastic car and shdy dealers like Healey ruins the experience by having a ridiculous way of conducting the business. Experiencing from this dealer, it clearly tells me that either they are amateur and not really know how to conduct a business in organized steps or just trying to trap the buyer and burn them when they do not want to take their offer with 3k dealer mark up on top of MSRP. Paying a visit to Healey was a traumatizing experience overall. I would not want to recommend or shop from Hyundai ever again after this. ** Dealership responded on my google review and added my response as below after the response from the dealer *** I would rate 0 star if I could. I just agreed on MSRP from the other dealer prior to the hard inquiry. I finally ran my credit and put down a deposit afterwards. This is coming on next Tuesday. I find it funny you say you can't do while the other dealer can. Please also stop making its rarity as a reason for the markup. It's a vehicle under 38k you're trying to make it sound like a GT3 and sqeeze every single penny out of it. Please wake up and stop disappointing people with pure greediness. Ok let's say it is a confusion on the no mark up part. It does not change the fact that your dealership is wrong about everything else. Your logic tells me that you have no dealer mark up for stock cars but there is a dealer mark up for the cars in transit but you never said there is no dealer mark up. Things you mention don't add up and I think you're doing a great job making yourself look funnier on every response you add. Bottom line is that you tricked a customer into your dealership with utter nonsense and I fell for it because I gave trust and drove 2 hours to pay a visit like a fool. Thanks a lot for making me feel that way. Let me give your manager's wording back to you. My review and rating remains FIRM at 1 star(0 star from my heart), just like your 3k mark up is FIRM. Have fun ripping people off and I suggest stop embarrassing yourself with the reply that you do not know what you're really talking about.

Mr Healy what kind of manager you got running your business stopping me from giving money to your business because how he feels he is dangerous to the company not that you need my money Mr Healy but no one should make that decision unless it comes from you who turns down money in a business because of feelings lol
Loving the car
My sales person was Sam M.,Sam was super great, friendly, funny and did everything to make us comfortable why buying our Santa Fe Sport on September 26,2023, I have to admit we did shop around, but when we saw the Santa Fe and the price we couldn’t pass it up, we love the car it is just beautiful, and Sam and the Healey staff did all the work we didn’t have to do a thing, went in pick out the car and drove it home no waiting to pick it up. So a big THANK YOU to Sam, Joe and the sweet Receptionist. TY
