Trustworthy dealership

I bought two vehicles off of them, and they purchased a vehicle off of me, all three transactions were Fair, and we're done in a timely fashion.. they gave me a fair price for the one they bought off of me, and the two vehicles that I bought off of them were clean. And in good working order... One vehicle I had after about a week.. I noticed a couple of small issues, I brought it up to Vic and Cameron, they were taking care of immediately.. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle at Auto connection... They are up front and honest,

Nice clean vehicles and wonderful experience with

Wonderful people to deal with no pressure to buy. Purchasing 2 vehicles from them. Some things wrong with vehicles and they are in the process of fixing those. Highly recommend in taking a look at some nice clean vehicles.

10/10 service and trust!

Bought a 2011 Infiniti from Cameron and Vic Jones (manager and owner) and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The whole experience was very smooth and Cameron was always upfront about everything I needed to know. Very clean, personable, and professional business. I would recommend this dealership and sales manager to anyone I know! 10/10 service and trust.

Helpful, would recommend

Traded in my Chrysler 200 for a Ram 2500. They were able to get me out of my trade that I wasn’t sure I would be able to get out of and made it possible for me to get the truck I wanted. Would shop and buy here again.

Cannot reccommend, lack of trust in car quality

I purchased a 2009 Pontiac G3 with ~50K miles about 4 weeks ago. This purchase was "as is". The car was in working order and had nothing that I could see wrong. There were no visible leaks and only minor imperfections that I could find. We had the car delivered to us (we live about 2 hours drive from the dealer). When it arrived the transmission was massively leaking and the key became stuck in the ignition the very next time we drove it. After fixing the ignition issue (relatively minor problem), we took it to a transmission mechanic. Apparently the motor had been replaced (so we are unsure how many miles are on the engine), and the alternator is shot. We are hoping to not have to replace the transmission and that it is only a gasket leak. A troubling aspect of my ordeal is that the dealer says they "trust their mechanic". Therefore, if these issues were honestly missed, then the dealer is trusting a mechanic who cannot diagnose these issues. I can only imagine what that means for another car on their lot. However a second interpretation is that these issues were known and they sold the car knowing these issues and did not let me know. The dealer assures me it was not the latter of these interpretations. I cannot reccommend this business for your car needs.
