Before visiting RMES, I made sure to do my research and check reviews which were all positive. So I made the trek down to test drive a BMW and left several hours later as the happy owner. Leon, Stefan, and staff were all very accommodating, while also answering my endless questions and offering to fulfill my cosmetic requests. Despite the new breaks being cheap and making a lot of noise when driving, I’m very pleased with the purchase and recommend looking at them in your next car search.

I am so remorseful that my wife and I purchased a vehicle
I am so remorseful that my wife and I purchased a vehicle that had a cracked rim and needed by the owners own words, $5200 in repairs before I even drove off the lot, last Saturday.

You're right! We spent $5100 getting that Escalade ready for you, including replacing the control arms, which we had the wheels off at that time, and there were no cracks. The car was able to sit on our lot, without losing air in the tires, pictures are saved, and high resolution. When you came back to get your clear bra and tint, again, several days after taking the vehicle, the tire would no longer hold air. If a car has a cracked rim, and it won't hold air, it won't hold air. It doesn't hold air until we deliver it, then it magically won't hold air. The wheels are large and tires low profile, you work on a road with tons of potholes. Despite all of this, I offered to fix the rim, but we won't do any good will work that was not on a due bill without a good will form signed. We sent you the form, agreeing in writing to fix the rim. You refused to sign the form, and this is now your 3rd negative review that you posted, and you showed up, showering us with insults, refusing to shake my hand, and refusing my offer to fix the rim again while insulting me. I told you to get off my property at that point. I've never seen anyone sabotage themselves from being helped as much as I have with you. You can post all the bad reviews you want, we will never do business with you again.

I did not post anything that was not true about my experience with you and your business. From all of your responses to former customers , you are the one that has harassed people who have been treated poorly by you and your company. I’m surprised that you are still in business. You are the one, who is out here selling junk cars and then trying to bully people who you rip off. Once again I would never step into that junkyard. Yes, you have some nice looking cars but they are used pieces of crap that you continue to sell to hardworking people, the try to talk down to them with your weak, weirdo, wit. It’s not funny to take people’s money and fake like you care. Like I said before, you are an evil individual, and KARMA IS A xxxxx.

Horrible service!! They put down customers to try to make a sale, they will ignore every question you have about a vehicle. They are not knowledgeable about their own vehicles. We drove 8 hours and they were expecting us, to be told they were closing we had to leave! Sorry josh tech, you lost a sale because of the mistreatment in sales and management!

I'm just reposting my response to your other 'review.' We can't delete comments, so that is one of many lies in this 'review.' You spent 5 hours here on Saturday (60 degree weather without a cloud in the sky), and test drove the vehicle twice. You drove up Monday night, to "complete the deal," and complained of surface scratches on a 9 year old vehicle with dark paint, and actually said, "I drove two hours to come see this, why didn't anyone disclose this to me?" Again, you saw spent 5 hours at the dealership on Saturday to look at the vehicle, there was nothing not disclosed to you. What you were attempting to do, was nit pick a 9 year old car, in order to get a discount, and we explained multiple times to you on Saturday that we were a one price store. You insulted our sales person, and manager, were extremely inconsiderate of the 5 employees that stayed an hour after closing to try and make the deal for you. When asked what you were hoping to accomplish, you just complained about Josh, and when Stefan told you maybe we just need to part as friends, you threatened to give bad reviews. At which point our GM decided, you had wasted our team's time enough and asked you to please leave. You are a liar, you have completely misrepresented the facts, and we WILL NOT be doing business with you ever in the future, by all means, don't shop with us again!
I am happy to call out people for lying, you have done it numerous times in this ‘review.’ You aren’t a customer, you were rude and aggressive to our sales guide, that has never once had a customer complain about him, and we don’t wish to do business with people that treat our team the way you did. You’re were there for 5 hours on Saturday. You didn’t simply ask for anything, you made demands, constantly tried to devalue the car and said we didn’t disclose things to you before driving up when you had already driven it twice Saturday. Good luck in your future dealings elsewhere. I am happy to respond to this publicly, because we don’t do business with people that treat our team so poorly!

I rebuttle this!!! As my complaint is to the way I was treated by josh in sales!! Your manager was fully aware and disregarded my complaint, also we were not there 5 hours!! We got there at 630 you close at 7 knowing we were coming and were asked to leave at 8 due to closing!! I did say I was going to file a complaint and I am! Anyone can see your response and realize how you treat people!! You lost a sale because you refused to fix a back up camera telling me to use mirrors, floor mats had holes, and I asked for it to be detailed!! That is not asking for a lot. You think I am inconsiderate, I spent 8 hours driving and spend 300.00 on gas… it is very sad your company would keep a employee like that who was insulting me the entire time, and not even give an apology!

You sound very immature, and I pray and wish the best for you!! It sounds like you have anger issues and personal issues you need to work on. They are highly responsive and even stayed late hours while I was finishing up paperwork on the purchase. They made it super easy to leave my car at the lot and drive off with a new one!
