Following four months of unsuccessful attempts to secure a gap insurance refund via phone, email, and text, it became evident that prior assurances of resolution were unsubstantiated. Only after four months of persistent follow-up and the posting of a negative review did the dealership owner instruct employees to post fabricated negative reviews on my website, referencing individuals who wrote false and misleading statements attempting to damage my business; I have never had any relationship with these individuals.

Worked with Leon to find a new car. He was very helpful in getting a test drive setup and expediting the process once we decided to buy. Max helped us out as well with some logistical issues on our end. Dealt with Aaron in finance and was very pleased with his knowledge and assistance. We only worked briefly with Stephanie when picking up the car but she was very pleasant as well.
