I worked with Jordan Waugh, he was great! Even though I was buying a used car I totally got the Land Rover experience. They totally stepped up on my trade and gave me more than I was expecting.

FIRST TIME CAR BUYER TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AT THIS
FIRST TIME CAR BUYER TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT BEWARE! Constant misfire, backfires and check engine light all within a month of owning the vehicle still ….which has caused me a great stress and inconvenience. I have taken it back to the dealer twice to be met with forceful handshakes, bandaid fixes and told the car running perfect but still plagued with these AWFUL mechanical problems .. fast forward over 3 months down the road my bank contacts me saying they haven’t received a title.. I still have not been able to drive the vehicle fully due to these issues and worry of destroying the car. To find out they sold me a car with a lien on it since 2022. I finally took it to a reputable auto shop and paid for a proper diagnostic of the vehicle… they find out there is problems with heads of the car and it will be over $6000 to have them replaced and installed. Land Rover and Jaguar in Henderson has Stuck me in between a rock and a hard place financially and emotionally with no real help, support, or solutions…I’d rate it lower if I could..

We're truly sorry to hear about your feelings with regard to your experience with our dealership. As has been discussed, the previous loan was satisfied prior to us offering the vehicle for sale. However, it does take time for the title to reflect the lien release. As per our conversations, all of the titlework has been recieved by the State of Nevada, awaiting processing, which is imminent. We were unaware that there was still an issue with the vehicle, as we have worked diligently to address this for you.
