I recently bought a 2020 . Malibu from crown motors. They added a charge for some anti theft for $1188, The car has Onstar I called and told them I did not want that. They told me that in case of a theft I would get $5000. There is no paper work saying that. I called several more times no answer or call back I sent a letter requesting a refund and a e mail. Nothing. Dont trust that everything works,taillight was out when I got home chip in the windshield spidered on the way home They paid for the taillight. I would not buy from them,cant trust them

Overall, it was a great experience. They went above and beyond and delivered the car to me and picked up my old car. The only downfall was the new car needed. A battery replacement right away as I got stranded two different times.

This was the best auto dealership that I have ever had. Jaret was just excellent for his care and salesmanship. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car with no hassles.

This company is dishonest and has poor work ethics! Not truthful to customers! They are like the apitomy of used car salesman you see on spoofs 1

Gladstone New Local Business Alert Crown Motors PDX Supposedly all cars come pre certified I went in looking for a vehicle. The salesperson showed me a Chevy Equinox I took it to a mobile mechanic- there were a few issues. The finance manager said they would take care of the issues I had to get a co signer for the loan The finance manager showed me the paperwork with a fee of $499 and pushed very hard for me to get it It’s a fee for a “$5,000 check that I would get if the car was stolen” I declined, he became irritated. I called the owner Big mistake- I thought- but then the true light of them came out The finance manager denied saying that they would take care of the mechanical issues The owner said I could pay to get the mechanical issues fixed because that particular car was not eligible for their pre safety inspection - it was a 2011 He said I would pay extra to have it under warranty He said the price would go up if they put it through the safety inspection After a disgruntled conversation the owner agreed to run the safety inspection, I could decline the $499 fee, I could use my plates to put on the car to avoid the $306 reg fee He said he would call me in a few days for an update A week and a half go by and I called him He told me the car was due to be back the next day and it would go “live” I asked what “live”meant He said it would be up for sale I was in awe I had already applied for the loan got the consigner and waited for his call He told me that we should not do business I told him that I could not believe his unethical business dealings nor that of his finance manager The finance manager had also told me the banks don’t do loans below $5,000, later in the afternoon it was below $10,000 they wouldn’t do a loan for (thus the $499 and $306 and the extended warranty fee) I am an intelligent, independent, and very alert person This business in Gladstone is shady, unethical, and deceitful in their dealings The day I came in I witnessed two potential customers leaving because the salesperson was pushing finance- these people wanted to pay in cash The salesperson told me they make more money off financing

It's been Five months, and I haven't recieved my tittle to my 2012 passat. This behavior is unacceptable, and I'm still waiting. I'll never shop here, at this dealership again!!
