This s the worse experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle

This s the worse experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle from this dealer , put 20k down payment over a week now and manager keeps giving me the run around about vehicle been fixed at the dealer , they ve my money and I need a refund and not getting it , this car was never in my possession at no time , would never do business with them again , I’m reporting them to BBB and DMV , I told the manager I was going to do all that and he says go right ahead

i bought a used 2015 bmw i8 from this dealership on march

i bought a used 2015 bmw i8 from this dealership on march 11 2024, on march 15 2024 a drivetrain malfunction light came on, upon further review the car was sold to me with 24 total faults, and a bmw dealership quoted me for over $5k worth of repairs. i was told the car had no problems they also added $1750 to my service contract and when i found it and called them out, they claimed "it was a mathmatical error" and they would cut me a check. Everytime i call to get an update or remediation for the car repairs...The manager Jim hangs up on me. Eventhough the car was sold "as is", state law in ct requires used "as is" vechicles to have no issues within the first few weeks. Not to mention they defenitly knew about these problems, because the sales associate said they scanned the car before i bought it, but then the manager claimed they dont scan cars they sell unless a light is on. BMW has also confirmes these codes appeares to be active as faults before i bought it. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Had a great experience with Muhamed selling me a Ford

Had a great experience with Muhamed selling me a Ford Bronco. He is a genuine guy, which makes him a perfect salesperson. I felt no pressure—he truly wanted me to be happy with the purchase. Great car—love it.

Great customer service and response time on my inquiry.

Great customer service and response time on my inquiry. Mo called me first thing and arranged an appointment same day. Agreed on a trade-in price and got the deal done inside of an hour

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware, Stay Away! Bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra from Dylan last month; as soon as paperwork time came the lies started. Ranging from price, to items they claimed to have installed (Pulse brake light system etc.) and never did; but forced to pay for on paperwork. When it was confirmed items not installed took three weeks of contacting Dylan and his manager to get ANY movement on a refund check for items not installed. Dylan kept having an I don’t care attitude, which seems comes straight from management. This review comes after respectfully calling the GM “Lawrence” and telling him my experience with Dylan, and how I was disappointed in the lack of making the lies right etc. Lawrence literally responded with “we’re a big company with our Waterbury location having over 400 employees, you’re not our biggest problem, we’ve been on phone for ten minutes now with you telling me about buying a truck from Dylan, are we done?” GM doesn’t care what employees do or how clients are treated; the sales guys lie through their teeth and once you have vehicle won’t get any help. Still don’t have check as of yet. Great truck; HORRIBLE people and company to deal with!
