Professional

Internet appointment went well, staff are professional. Waiting room is clean, coffee machine is a great touch! So far, I have had the auto serviced three times and all went well.

Absolutely the best

I have been going to Tasca for my cars for years and always received great service but my last experience was over the top exceptional. From our Salesman Brian to the Finance guy Anthony we just felt like they weren't just leasing us a car but inviting us to join their family. My wife and I walked in not expecting to leave with a car that very day but that is what happened and it was exactly in our price range. We also expected the process to take a long time but they were very efficient and had us driving our new car very quickly. Brian and Anthony both explained every detail of our lease to us and answered every question we had. Brian even helped us understand everything about our car and helped program our phones to our car as well as some radio stations. We definitely feel that we are apart of the tasca family and will continue to be customers there as long as Anthony and Brian are there. Thank you very much for our new car!!

Tasca is the Best!

If you want the best customer service where you feel as though you are family, you need to go to Tasca Ford in Seekonk! They are totally awesome! The service reps are positively out to do the best they can and to make you happy. Love them!

Fantastic experience with everyone involved!

Ben Fasano Jr. Was a super sales rep. He was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me, was not pushy, answered all my questions and explained the vehicle in detail. The floor mgr. Elian Khori was very pleasant to deal with as well. The Finance Mgr. Anthony Castergini was a joy to work with as well. He was extremely informative and did not try to push extra options onto the cost. Overall, this purchase was one of the best I have ever made and I am completely satisfied! Great job Tasca Seekonk!

Nick and Ben were great

Nicks honesty and down to earth selling (hands off, very sensitive to not overselling or crowding) was exactly what I was looking for. Ben was quick and a pleasure to work with.

A drive in the snow and some wonderful folks sold me!

These guys were great. Jake was wonderfully patient while we took him on 2 long test drives in a snow storm! He worked with us to get a price and deal I could be happy with, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I'd recommend him to anyone, and will. Anthony was also incredibly courteous and efficient dealing with the financing and details. I'm sure we made him a little crazy by having him rework the entire structure of the sale just when we thought it all finished, but he never showed any frustration and was also quite patient and accommodating. Tasca is fortunate to have these two young men as part of their team, and I hope to do business with them again.

Tire Mounting and Alloy Rim Repair

After striking a pot hole and slicing a side wall I came back to Tasca to have a new tire mounted. They were very courteous and not in the least put out that I had bought the performance tire from a third party (Tire Rack) and only required them to mount and balance it. Unfortunately for me after mounting the new tire it was discovered that the rim was warped by the impact. I thought all was lost for that rim and now I would have to buy a new rim as well. However, the technicians who caught the problem had a solution of a local expert in alloy rim repair that was 30 % the cost of a new rim, saving me several hundred dollars. They handled the whole thing from sending it out and then final balancing. The ride home was superb with no hint of vibration. Thank you

Service and selection

I had purchased a Mazda 4 yrs ago in Raynham, MA but their service was horrible so I took it to Seekonk and really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and closer proximity to my home. This year when we wanted to trade in our car for a newer model Madza, just made sense to do that at TASCA Ford/Mazda

Great Job!

Super sweet! Short wait! Marvelous job!! Love Tasca!! I would highly recommend folks coming in to see the vehicles and stop for service. They truly are a wonderful dealership!
