Excellant service from Chris Kelly to the finacial to Ben in the service department and signing the papers. We felt VERY welcomed and at ease. Everyone was so nice and very responsive when we asked questions. Chris also was helping me prior to going to the the lot. Him and I were texting and he did a great job answering all my questions. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVCE!!!!

They fixed the problem. They were professional and courteous. They charge the same amount I was quoted. The only down side is that it took twice as long as they thought it would.

Cali, Ben and Chad are great! I have worked with all of them and had interactions with everyone in the department and not once felt like I was inconveniencing them as someone who don not purchase a Subaru but still have brought my car in for service. Cali and Ben have always gone out do their way to help me and explain how my warranty works as unfortunately I have had to use it a couple times now. Chad was a shuttle driver for me and was very courteous and ensured I got my car and everything was squared away before leaving. Everyone in the department is great and I would highly recommend!!
