I was so confused about what vehicle is the best for me as a newbie cuz I had just got my driver's license, but truly Evan was such a great help, he gives his precious time to help me decide and choose the best car for me .

nothing is better than buying a new car, don't ever hesitate to contact them if you are willing to get a new one. or rather you like just to ask. they are available, I had numerous bad experiences with many car dealers. but those people are the best out there, I had a fabulous time with them, especially Evan was a humble person. It has been nearly 6 months since I bought BMW650i Convertible from Bumble Auto located in Elkridge MD. In my opinion, Bumble Auto deserves a 5 stars rating given the level of the overall service they provided me and what I observed when visiting the dealership. I bought few cars overs the years and had experience in car sales but this is by far the best services I received from a preowned or used car dealership. Here are few things I liked from interacting with Bumble Auto staff whom I think is diverse and accommodating: When I was concerned about getting stuck in i95 rush hour traffic, Pez offered to bring the car convenient and safe location for me to test drive the car. This action saved me valuable time and helped me avoid getting stuck in traffic in a rush hour traffic. When I completed the purchase of the car, the delivery process was a breeze and the title release was fast without delay to finish the DMV registration. About a month ago, when my cigarette lighter socket didn’t work, the mechanic shop on site fixed it for free as well as the oil change. Although the dealership is off i95, parking on the dealer lot is at a premium. Also, please be mindful oncoming traffic when entering and exiting the dealer lot. I wish them the best and I hope they maintain this excellent level of service for the foreseeable future. I would definitely buy from Pez again in the future should I need another vehicle.
