Great sales experience
Last week we bought our new Camry XLE from Northbrook Toyota. We had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming and very professional. Mark King was very nice and had a low pressure sales approach. When we picked up the car, Mike did an excellent job explaining the controls and getting my phone paired to the car. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Thank you so much for your review and kinds words about Mark and Ty. We keep a "no pressure" environment here, so much of the stress associated with buying a car is gone. Great dealer, service, and sales support.
I was a Northbrook Toyota customer for 15 years, then tried something else which was not as great, so returned to Northbrook Toyota this year. Great dealer, service, and sales support. Thanks so much to my sales representative Scott Siegel. Details: I bought my first Toyota in 1997, a 4Runner. This is when I met Scott Siegel, who was my salesman. The sale went smoothly, and I loved that car, and kept it for 15 years, about 200K miles. The service at Northbrook Toyota was always top notch. I had a “regular” service professional, Reggie Price, who I felt always gave me great advice and took care of me. I finally sold the 4Runner in 2012 and switched to another manufacturer for a new car, which resulted in problems. As a result I sold that car and returned to Toyota, because I had had such a great experience with my 4Runner and with Northbrook Toyota. When I buy a car I want to know it will be reliable and a great ride for me for the long haul. I was excited to find out that both Scott Siegel and Reggie Price are still at Northbrook Toyota. I purchased a 2017 Rav4, which I’m loving! My experience with Scott was as great as it was in 1997. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and I feel that he gave me great advice based on my personal objectives and preferences. The sale went ultra-smoothly. On top of all this, Northbrook Toyota now has a loaner program, so I won’t have to wait on site during longer service sessions. I don’t think I will ever buy a car anywhere else.

Alex is amazing!
Alex K. is a good man. He took great care of me. I recently moved back to the burbs from the city and needed an SUV for my growing family. My Dad has purchased 3 or 4 cars from Alex over the years, and referred me directly to him. Because of the relationship, I was able to trade my car, purchase a certified Highlander, and get a great, fair deal from all sides, all in under 2 hours total. Great service, really want our business
We had read some poor reviews and were unsure if we wanted our Camry serviced there but since it is the closest Toyota dealer to us we made the appointment. Their new GM Dennis Pecho is all about making the customer feel appreciated. He has turned their service department into a top notch department. The service manager we had, Johnny IBrahim had a great can do spirit. We felt that Johnny, Dennis and the whole service department only had our best interests in mind and we really appreciated that. Happy we gave Northbrook Toyota a chance and will definitely go back.

Amazing car buying experience!
I purchased my certified RAV4 Limited from Northbrook Toyota Oct.2016. I had an amazing car buying experience! Friendly, respectful, honest and up front, those are just some of the things I experienced from the team. I had a bit of a panic after bringing the car home regarding seats (my lack of knowledge). I contacted the GM, Dennis Pecho. During my buying experience his own team had mentioned what a good person/manager he was. I got to witness it myself! Dennis thoroughly and patiently addressed my concern and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. I have never met such honest and trustworthy person! As part of my car purchase deal I wanted to get the car leather seats changed from black to burgundy. I received a call for Dennis to go over the pros and cons about my decision. He was professional and made it clear they would do whatever I wanted and the decision was mine (not pushy at all). The negative side of me (a side we all have plus it’s been a bad year for me) thought that I lost my money and that they were just saying that to make money from me. Dennis is truly a man of integrity. I got a refund check within days for the leather since I decided not to change the leather. Thereafter, I had an auto car starter installed in my car with them. Dennis was with me every step of the way. When I was sitting in the waiting area and saw Dennis’s interactions with others, he treats EACH individual with respect and gives them undivided attention. I am so impressed by him and this dealership. He made my entire transition from my 10 year old Camry to my new RAV4, a very smooth one. Dennis is a great asset to Toyota Northbrook! This is a small dealership, SMALL but Mighty! :-) I highly recommend this dealership for your buying and service needs. I will, definitely, continue to bring my car there for up keep and maintenance.

Absolutely worst experience buying used car
Horrible, disrespectful, unprofessional used car buying experience I've ever had, period. Can't speak for other sales people as I know not all of them are the same so I can't generalize. I believe there are good sales people just not the one I dealt with. He's in his 50s, 6ft tall, salt and pepper hair, white guy. I've found the car I was interested in, online. Took a 30 miles long nice trip to their dealership. Asked if I could see and check out the vehicle, was told to wait for he had to find it. I said no problem. He brought out the car and asked if I wanted to take a ride, I said let me take a look at it first and if I like it we'll test drive it, he left me alone and I was perfectly fine with that. Upon quick visual inspection I've noticed that the vehicle was previously repaired, really bad paint job, bondo along with rust, misaligned body panels, just a lot of signs of previous collision repairs all around the car. Once I made up my mind and decided to pass on the vehicle which had clean carfax, go figure.... Anyway, I've told salesman that I'm passing on that vehicle however I offered my name and phone number in case they come across another similar vehicle I'm still interested. Salesman asked me why and I answered that the body work and paint job disqualify this vehicle according to my standards. He said how do I know all that, I said because I do body and paint work. He then admitted that the car was painted in their shop because of scratches. I responded to him that there was a lot more than scratches and so he stood up, rolled his eyes at me and said whatever and began to walk away from me. I asked him what did he mean by saying whatever? He ignored me and walked out and so I left this place thinking what I have done or said to upset him? but I know why, he got pissed because he didn't make the sale. I'll never go back there, poor service not worth of time and aggravation. No dealership is perfect but there are better options out there. I hope this will help you make better decision on your future purchase. Take your money elsewhere.
