Mid Century Modern Toyota Dealership
When you walk into this dealership, you feel as if you are traveling back in time, but not in a good way. The building is a squat, one-story box which looks to have been built in the 1960's, without any updating since that time. The showroom is cramped and claustrophobic. The sales cubicles scattered around the perimeter offer no privacy. Forget about walking around the dealership's lot to look at the cars in their inventory. The lot is so small, that the new cars must be parked elsewhere off-site. The restrooms are dirty and poorly maintained. The Service Department is even worse. The service advisors are located in an L-shaped open area which connects directly with the service bays. Service advisors are on both sides of the driveway entering the garage. This set-up is loud and dangerous. Trying to speak with someone while multiple pneumatic tools are being used right next to you is more than annoying. The smell from the auto exhaust can make you nauseous. The waiting room is bare with uncomfortable furniture. There are no amenities to make your wait more pleasant. Right next door to this dealership is a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Both dealerships are owned by the same person. The Mercedes-Benz location was remodeled within the last five years. It exemplifies what a car dealership should be. This owner needs to demolish the Toyota building, and build a new one which brings it up to the standards of the 21st century.

I got an oil change.
I just had an oil change today an I have been going to this dealership for awhile now an just love the guys there. Alex is wonderful he discounted my oil change from $70 to $60 as he knew times were tough. I always love coming to this dealership as they are fast an so reliant with everything. By far out of all Toyota dealerships I love this one. It is also always so clean an plenty of space so I can work on homework or whatever I am doing for that matter. Thank you Northbrook Toyota for keeping me always happy an wanting to come back for more services.
