I am not pleased at all.
I am not pleased at all. The car is already having issues, and with the things I was told was in good condition. I have called many times and I am always told everyone is in meetings. I plan to contact a lawyer soon if I don’t get a call soon.

It was some things that they felt that I was responsible
It was some things that they felt that I was responsible for. There’s a few things that should’ve been done. They wanted to charge me for that. I know was my responsibility. The vehicle was still dirty on top of the car, they only watch the side of the vehicle. Navigation system should’ve been working. Also the key fob.

Service took care of my needs quickly and professionally.
Service took care of my needs quickly and professionally. The rear differential went out of my 16 ram. They found a low mileage differential and contacted my warranty company got everything approved.i dropped my truck off in the morning and drive it home that evening.

Horrendous place to buy a car from save your money and go
Horrendous place to buy a car from save your money and go to a different dealership. Communication was terrible between the dealership and the car service area. Was promised free oil changes and tire rotation when purchasing the car through them with the purchase of extended life warranty. This was a lie, and they would not honor what I was told multiple times throughout the day. Communcation is terrible at this place and they will lie to you repeatedly just to sell the car and won't honor any of these promises.
