Service Area

Service staff very pleasant and informative. I usually work with Gary. The however is that the management needs to add service persons. The staff in sales were polite and friendly. Mike in finance was extremely helpful.

Great Service

Gary is always so good to me. All the service techs and administration is helpful too. last but definitely not least the ride service was so great to me, even in a snowstorm

Satisfaction mixed with dissatisfaction

I was told when I arrived that my coupon for the Synthetic Blend oil could not be used because the dealership didn't stock synthetic blend oil. I've never been told that by another dealership before, so I was a bit surprised/disappointed. I discussed with the service writer that my Nitrogen filled tired for some reason are still loosing a good bit of pressure during the winter, even though I was led on to believe this wouldn't happen. I got the tires filled at the Hopkins dealership, but thought Roseville could add a couple pounds of pressure to each tire to help since I was there getting an oil change. But, like synthetic blend oil, they don't have nitrogen. I'm happy I got a conventional oil change and tire rotation for a reasonable price in the end, but I can't call this the best dealership experience I've had. Regarding quality of work, that is hard to gauge. I wasn't there when the tires were rotated to know for sure that was even done, same for the oil change. I just take it on faith it was. And certain can't speak to the level of quality.
