Awesome job

My first time there and I have to say unlike other dealers I have worked with there was no pressure and they were more interested in getting me in what I wanted instead of telling me what I can or cant get would definitely go back in the future

Helpful and Pleasant Customer Service

I went to the Express Lane for the first time. I was given an accurate estimate of the time my oil change would take. I think they have a very nice customer lounge to wait in. The free popcorn is always good!

oil change was fine

oil change was fine... customer service area for the service center could use more work... a lot of guys in there at computers, but none came to discuss with me the issue for which i made an appt for my car. sent the oil tech customer service rep to give me an update on the oil change- but no specifics on why my new tire i bought has been losing air. when i went in to inquire before leaving, they said they ran all the tests except one and couldn't find anything. seems like someone could have come to me and explained this while i was waiting for 1.5hrs in the waiting area. was disappointed with the customer service. Olu, the old tech customer service rep was very nice, and explained the oil change summary to me.

Routine maintenance

Came for routine maintenance, took longer than the estimated time quoted - tuned out to be 1/2 hour longer. Prefer them to not be rushed through the service, just wish I knew in advance for planning. Best vehicle ever !

Jeep appointment

Super informative on timing, helpful at every corner. The service department got me right in and was done on time and with the expected quality level I was hoping for.

Great profesional service

Randall helped me find what I liked at the right price. He was not pushy and very professional in all aspects. Communication was great and willing to take the time to listen to what I wanted and not to try and sell me anything. Great Job randall...
