Requested oil change and tire rotation. Not asked my name or phone number. “Ready in 45-55 minutes.” Checked with desk at 75 minutes, rep learned car was done, in lot, but no one told me - I had to request the status, despite being told they would find me when car was done....

Been in a few times for my Ram 3500 and it’s been VERY lengthy due to numerous issues the last few months, however, our service advisor, Gary, has done absolutely amazing helping us. He knows how frustrated I’ve been losing out on work with my truck being in the shop but he’s done everything from helping find a rental to updating us daily o what’s going on. Although we’ve been through a few transmissions, an alternator and now an electrical issue, Gary has made it worth bringing to this location and I would come back with all my truck needs going forward.
