The entire dealership is amazing from the service center

The entire dealership is amazing from the service center to the sales teams. Everyone carries themselves very professionally at all times. The dealership is always clean.. You’re greeted by name. Any repairs are discussed with estimates pricing. Customer service is at the highest level. Dam, service rep and Hannah, sales are phenomenal .🙌🏽🙌🏽 to them.

I was lied to by Kia of North Austin.

I was lied to by Kia of North Austin. I called ahead and was told they’d appraise my car as long as it ran. I show up, and Joe Constancio who claims to be the store manager tells me to “get out of here” with zero explanation. Completely disrespectful. If this is how Joe treats people who come in honestly, I’d never trust him or this dealership with my money. Do better.
