Definitely a bad experience would never recommend this
Definitely a bad experience would never recommend this dealership to anyone their customer service I very poor and they obviously don't care about their customers they took my son's $7515 and gave him a car that had no transmission fluid in it and when we put the fluid in it it just poured out the bottom of the car and then tried to give us a hard time trying to give us our money back they don't service their cars before they sell them to people.
Selfmaster1, Thank you for spreading nothing but lies. Your son came to look at the car immediately after it was detailed. after your inspection of the car, you noticed the transmission fluid was on the lower side. You stated that you fix cars and you would put fluid in for your son. We sold the car at a reduced price to compensate the necessary repairs. Both parties agreed to the terms and proceeded with the sale. When you put the fluid in the car you must have free poured without a funnel as there was fluid all over the engine and the ground causing such a mess. You, the father of the purchaser, not the purchaser who entered into a contract with the dealership, called after hours multiple times until we picked up. We both agreed that my mechanic would take a look at it and if there was something majorly wrong with the car we would work something out. We thought perhaps the transmission line may have gone as that is common with age. Then minutes later, you continued to call multiple times and when answered you immediately started screaming and yelling. Fast forward to the next morning when we cut your son a refund check for the car without a problem where your son's mother and son stated that your son had lost his job that day. Seems as though the transmission was not the real issue here, however your son's employment status is none of our concern. We then immediately took the car to our mechanic only to find out there was nothing wrong with the transmission nor was it low on fluid nor were there any issues at all. I drove the car up and down the parkway with no issues. But, hey a broken clock is right twice a day. Furthermore, I wish you and your family nothing but the best. Perhaps the best bet for you and your son is to take that $7515 that we refunded back to your son even though your son acknowledged on the contract that all sales are final, and use it as a down payment on a brand new car with no miles on it.
A nice young man sold me a car!
The fine gentlemen at NJ Auto Pros really know how to work out a deal! I had very little money as I am on disability due to a series of unfortunate work accidents. I was currently rolling around in a busted up Lincoln continental that looked like it was old during the bicentennial. The boys took my car in as a trade to help offset the cost of the new car. The car really should have been junked however they made me a beyond fair offer for my car. Hope I do not need another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will be calling the boys at NJ Auto Pros. Great service!!
As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. I am appreciative of their empathy towards my current situations and thankful that they did not let me down. They are not the typical car dealers, rather saints working miracles. Reba Nell McEntire
It's No Acura Dealership But They Are Good
Needed a second car to keep the miles down on my leased Acura ILX. It’s not something I am driving everyday so it doesnt need to be as nice as my Acura. I walked around the lot and found a nice honda with good miles. The price was right. I didn't have it in me to play hardball with the kid. They got me an extended warranty for a minor additional charge, which I know I am going to use in the future. I’m not handy, that is why I lease new Acuras. But they worked with me. Only thing they need is a coffee maker and maybe a nice donut spread like they do at the Acura dealer
Flood of gratitude
With the great floods of North Jersey, my pride and joy, my pleasure to drive, my daily driver got washed away. Totaled. The insurance companies were inundated with similar cases and took forever to cut a check. And to make matters worse, there were no rentals to be found. All I could scrape together was $3,000. A buddy of mine passes their lot every day on his way home from work. He always mentioned how they have such a nice selection of cars on their front line. I popped in on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by 2 nice young men, David and I forgot the other guy but I know it started with a “P”. Nevertheless, I told them my situation and they found me a perfect car. The fact of the matter is, they got me exactly what I needed during my time of need. The lord works in mysterious ways but I am thankful I was guided to them. I will keep coming back and spread the word to all the members of my church. Many blessings to them!
Great prices, honest and fair.
I loved doing business with NJ Auto Pros. They were very professional and explained the features of each car thoroughly plus they are very easy to contact. I needed a car for my son to learn to drive and we were very pleased with our experience. He is parallel parking like a true pro now - no backup camera needed! The prices are wholesale prices, which usually only dealerships pay so it's a good deal. $125 doc fee was more reasonable than most other places, for what it's worth. Honest and reliable experience. I referred several friends. I think they should do a punch card system at this point lol.
Friendly/Honest
Could not be happier with the service and my new to me Jeep. It was a painless process and I love my new purchase. THANK YOU
soooooo happy
Well I want to start off by saying I desperately needed a new car. I would drive past NJ auto pros everyday and always happened to see customers leaving with a new car. I just had to stop in and when I finally did, they were super helpful and easy to work with. Long story short, I’m in a new ride and couldn’t be happier.
Great experience
NJ Auto Pros was incredibly helpful in finding me a quality used car. I know next to nothing about cars, and it's an intimidating process to buy a preowned car, but I trusted these guys. They showed me lots of different models in my price range and even gave me a discount after I found an suv I liked that was out of budget. Will definitely back and tell family.
