Quinton Adams has been brilliantly efficient on the order and delivery aspects of our 2024 and 2025 Forester Touring cars. Regrettably our 24 version was destroyed in a head-on, wrong way crash by a negligent Spokane doctor. Tried to kill us, but succeeded only in killing our car. Can't recommend you go anywhere near her for medical care! But our identically-fitted 2025 Hybrid Forester was just delivered to Bellevue. I drove it back to Spokane, getting over 37 mpg on that mostly freeway speed run. Pretty impressive. Very recommendable dealer got our car made-to-order in Japan, and delivered despite the Trump Tariff Taxes and general weirdness mal-affecting shipments from anywhere these days. Thanks Quinton and Michael's Subaru. Total satisfaction, highly recommended you visit and enjoy the same competent, thoughtful, caring team of professionals.

Taylor made a painful process less painful when my Toyota got totaled and I had to go and buy a replacement car. He took the time to help me figure out whether a forester, crosstrek or outback would be the best fit and while I was waiting for the check from insurance, was actively looking for inventory to that met my requirements and budget. Ultimately he couldn’t find one and I had to buy from Carter’s Subaru in shoreline because they had the inventory but Taylor went above and beyond. If there was the inventory, he would have gotten the sale hands down. I appreciated his no pressure sales approach and his confidence and knowledge of the models.

My husband and I went to check out Toyota RAV4. After an unbelievable bad customer service, we stopped by Michael’s Subaru. We were greeted by Omid Vakil. He was courteous, and gathered information about what we want and recommended Subaru Forester 2025. I have not heard of this particular model till that day. Omid did an awesome job introducing me to this model. We went on a test drive and just love it. We wanted the limited edition, but the price is a bit out of our range, so Omid showed us a 2024 Forester Limited. Since we had an event to attend that night, we had to go back the next day. When we got back, Omid again greeted us with a smile, took us on a test drive of this 2024 Forester. He was so patient as we try to make a decision. We didn’t feel pressured at all. We bought the 2024 Forester Limited!! While we are waiting for the car to be washed and detailed, Omid kept us company and chatted with us. He is literally the best car salesman we had ever had!! Just purchased a used Subaru Crosstrek from Christian at Michael's Subaru of Bellevue and I couldn't be happier about the transaction. I decided to look at cars at Michael's after a miserable time trying to purchase a Subaru at my usual go to Subaru Dealer in Ballard. Christian was friendly and still interested in talking to me when he learned I was interested in a used Subaru not a new one. He showed me exactly the car I wanted, didn't try to get me to buy a car I didn't want. A pleasant surprise. The transaction was straight forward, he offered me a fair price for my trade in and we came to an agreement fairly quickly. When I need another car I will definitely be checking at Michael's first and buying the car from Christian.
