Zach and the staff were accommodating and on time. I text the day before on a vehicle and it was ready for me to test drive at the exact scheduled time. Very helpful and easy to work with, no back and forth bidding war. Thank you again Zach for making the process a smooth and easy process. Would recommend anyone to go there to buy a vehicle new or used.

I was out of town traveling when my engine light came on so the service mgr took care of me and was able to diagnose within the hour then it took a total of 3.5 hrs complete.

I contacted Jim Schmidt because I saw on Chevrolet.com that they were to receive a truck that matched my exact build. After talking with Jason in sales, I learned that the truck is still at manufacturing facility, but he will keep me posted on status. Over the next week or so, Jason kept consistent contact with me on truck location. When it finally arrived at dealership, I was sent pictures of truck to confirm features. Within a few days after that, Sales Manager Chip, had the truck delivered to me for $300 about 300 miles away. It was a wonderful transaction and very impressed with the communication of everyone at Jim Schmidt.

They agreed to do some adjustments to the vehicle prior to purchasing. I was told those adjustments were made so I agreed to let them run my credit and just have the vehicle delivered as I was an hour and a half away. All the sudden they weren't able to make the delivery so I drove in to get my new truck! First thing I noticed was the truck hadn't been washed (no big deal) and when I got to the vehicle I seen that none of the adjustments we agreed upon were made. The guy told me he had been selling cars for over 30 years and that the headlights came from the factory crooked! And he kept referring to the "CLEAN" CARFAX!!! And assured me the truck had never been in a accident while failing to acknowledge the issue and tried to avoidit all together. They were suppose to have serviced the vehicle and never did. They even put on the carfax that they serviced the truck so I felt confident they did (con artists) so after trying to manipulate me he proceeded to be rude and tell me he didn't need to sell me the truck. (After running my credit) there's more to the story but you get the point. I would steer clear of this dealership and really read some of the reviews, they will sell you trash while trying to pin you in a corner and smile in your face while doing it.

They made trading very easy.They were proficient , helpful , and frendly.I. can recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.
