Dominick was awesome. His professionalism and assistance...

Dominick was awesome. His professionalism and assistance made our repair problem seem minimal. He is honest and we feel positive about returning to this dealer because of him. The work was excellent and our 2012 jeep runs like a charm. Kudos to Sunset Jeep for having Dominick on their staff.

I had the worst experience e buying my car here a little...

I had the worst experience e buying my car here a little over a year ago, I got all of the warranty necessary on the car, and every time I go there to get something fixed or something as simple as an oil change, it always becomes an issue, I spoke to the manager Anthony, seemed very nice and apologetic, he told me he would call me back, it’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard from him! Thank you Anthony for making my experience as great as usual…

MECHANIC AND GM LIED ABOUT SERVICE AND COST ME!!!

The GM-Don Osborne, stated that they were in the wrong about what happened after reviewing with the mechanic that serviced my 2018 3500 dually. I brought the truck in for brake service and stated for them to replace break pads if needed, BUT they did NOT EVEN take my tires off to check the break pads. The service manager, Darren, stated that "to check brake pads on a dually you don't need to take the tires off," and he stated "I ASSUMED the break pads were good." This to me is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Anyone who even knows the littlest thing about vehicles, knows in order to check break pads should take the tires off. I then go to the GM, and he asked "what kind of bed is on the back?" (which was clearly stated on the receipt what is was), and said "Maybe the flatbed is too heavy for the truck?" I looked at him and said "This is a 3500 dually, are you serious?" So overall, they agreed that they made the mistake by assuming, but yet cost us $1,900.00 and the GM offered to give me $200 credit, which doesn't even cover the rental truck. This was the BIGGEST slap in the face, and I will never go back to this dealerships, OR any of the other dealerships Don Osborne manages. He didn't even look at me in my eyes when I was telling him my concerns. This could have resulted in a serious, fatal incident due to my truck not having any breaks when I brought it in. For them to say they assumed and stated that the breaks had plenty of life, is the biggest lie and honestly is embarrassing to the overall company. Headquarters couldn't believe that this GM treated me like this.
