Said what they needed to sell me a car.

Said what they needed to sell me a car. Won’t return calls.Their I.M. Is Artificial Intelligence and apparently has no connection to the office. Stopped by in person to resolve a fairly easy promise and it’s “oh that’s not me, that’s them. Oh, that’s not us, that’s so and so, but you have our word this will be resolved. We got you.” 6 weeks later, crickets. Can I give a less than 1 Star?

There is a reason why this dealership has the reviews it

There is a reason why this dealership has the reviews it does. BUYERS BEWARE: do not go to this dealership unless you want to be scammed. They depend on your ignorance to make money. Don't feed into it. They had the nerve to add $3,000 in profit to my lease buyout thinking I wouldn't notice, on a quote for a car that neither I nor the salesman discussed, but felt the need to offer what they chose instead of what I wanted, and then failing to disclose that fact like I also wouldn't notice. Please save yourself thousands and go some place else, although I will say NO JEEP dealerships in Florida are worth your time, effort, or money.

Salesman nick went above and beyond to help me with the jeep gladiator Willy’s I purchased, he got me the best price I was looking and was courteous and very helpful showing me how to hook my phone to the truck. Again thanks so much to nick jamsl and the finance man don. So glad I got my dream truck from them. I will definitely be referring anyone I know to go to your dealership and I love my new truck.

Finance Manager was going to put relatives in a truck

Finance Manager was going to put relatives in a truck with a 22% interest rate! A vehicle costing around $13,000 would end up costing them around $30,000 after 5 years.

This was the second time I responded to an ad from

This was the second time I responded to an ad from Sarasota Chrysler over the past 6-years only to be disappointed. Both times the car advertised was not on the lot. I called in advance to make sure the car was available and I was told it would ready when I got there. Nope, but the sales rep was quick to try to get me to look at something similar. After telling a couple of friends they share their experience was exactly the same. Good ol "Bait and Switch" used car sales tactic. I will continue to look for the car I need. Burn me once, shame on you; burn me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

If you're looking for a dealership that excels in

If you're looking for a dealership that excels in incompetence, dishonesty, and utter disregard for customer service, look no further than Sarasota Jeep. From start to finish, my experience was a catastrophic failure, and I'm warning anyone considering doing business with them: BUYER BEWARE. Let's start with the loan paperwork, which they managed to mangle so badly that it took FIVE DAYS for them to respond to my credit union. Five. Days. This alone should have been a red flag. Then, they took almost a full MONTH to pay off my trade-in, leaving me in a state of financial limbo and constant anxiety. The salesperson? A walking encyclopedia of misinformation. They confidently stated that the Jeep had features it did NOT have. Surprise, surprise. I will chalk that up as my fault for not double-checking—Lessons Learned. I will say that they did send me a check for $550 to cover one of the items they said was in it but was not, so good on them. Thank you. But the real kicker? They sold me a Jeep with extensive, HIDDEN corrosion. I'm talking about the kind of corrosion that required NINE DAYS at a body shop to rectify. Nine. Days. The Hood, 4 doors, and rear tailgate all needed sanding and repainting on a 2023 Jeep with 16k miles. The audacity to sell a vehicle in that condition is beyond comprehension, especially since it was all warranty work they could have done before listing the Jeep for sale. And good luck trying to get in touch with anyone. Dozens of calls to both sales and finance managers went unanswered. It's like they operate in a black hole of customer service. It was to the point that the woman who answered the phone said hi to me before I even said who it was. She had memorized my cell number. Desperate for resolution, I even had to file a complaint with the state of Florida. Yes, the STATE. That's how bad it was. Honestly, I wouldn't take a brand-new Jeep from them if they paid me. The stress, the lies, the sheer incompetence... it's not worth it. Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that values its customers. Sarasota Jeep is a disgrace.

Called on the phone to confirm a specific car on their website was still available. I explained to Kim we were driving an hour and a half and she reassured me they still had the vehicle available. When I finally arrived after driving 90+ miles the manager informed me that the vehicle was sold the day before. TERRIBLE!!!

Love my Dodge Ram dislike this Dodge Service.

Love my Dodge Ram dislike this Dodge Service. First word you fear is do you have an appointment regardless of the nature of the problem. More reasons why they can’t - I think they just have a computer that generates excuses. Good excuse not to buy a truck or car. Amazingly it’s been this way for years!

Avoid this dealership at all cost.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. I read the reviews about the bait and switch tactic and thought my experience might be different. It wasn't. I was told the truck I was interested in was still in stock at 2pm. at 3 pm. at 4pm. After an hour drive I got to the dealership at 430 pm. Got to the dealership and spent 15 minutes talking about financing, getting my drivers license etc. That's when they hit me with the "sorry we no longer have that truck, but since you're here, let's get you into something else in your budget." I drove an hour because I was promised the truck was available. Don't let them dupe you too. Norman, Juan, Jack....they are all in on it.
