Took my current outback in for service which lease was

Took my current outback in for service which lease was almost over. Talked to sales rep about options. They gave me food for thought. Based on the answered I got I decided to move into a new Outback. A very smooth tradition with no hassle. The smoothest transition experience ever.

Very friendly and sales people knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the operation of the car. This will be my second time I purchased a vehicle from the dealership.

Bill Koutroumanis, at the Subaru dealership in Sarasota,

Bill Koutroumanis, at the Subaru dealership in Sarasota, Florida was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were shopping for a new car. We were looking to trade in 2 older Toyota vehicles. We found an Outback Subaru we liked right away. Bill, guided us in the process of obtaining a blue book price for the older vehicles and the steps toward purchase. The whole process was relatively stress free. No pressure and extremely helpful!. Other dealerships should model after the Subaru method. Thank you again, from the Townes family to Bill Koutroumanis! We love our Subaru!

Car buying process, start to finish…5 stars Service department, specifically Marc Pavoncello…1 star. Extremely unprofessional. Highly recommend buying a car there but absolutely go somewhere else for service.

i purchased a car from Sarasota Subaru about five years

i purchased a car from Sarasota Subaru about five years ago and have always had my service done there. today 7/9/25 i went for an oil chg. and 30k check. My driver door has never closed right since I purchased it. I saw an oil change special for 69.99 and told the service adviser Danny but he still charged me 79.99 but then gave me a 10 per cent discount, which was still 73.00. I asked that they check the door, which they did. It only needed a small striker adjustment which I was charged 94.50 for. I was at your place for about an hour. Looking at my receipt, I see I was charged for the gasket on the oil filter. Every oil filter I've ever changed the gasket was included. I had my cabin filter replaced and it costs 26.17 with 33.83 labor. He already had the filter out to show me so what the xxxx is 33.83 for labor? Then you go to the totals and there are 27.95 misc. charges. Then a charge for less insurance 22.84. What is that? When I asked Danny to explain the charges, he just told me about the 10 per cent discount on the oil change and handed me to the cashier. These seem to me to be additional charges you are not disclosing. I received an oil change, door striker adjustment, and a cabin filter for 269.12. This is a rip off and I will never do business with your company again. 165.99 for labor???? You are ripping people off and I will do some Google reviews to let people know how you rip them off. I was in car sales many years ago and what you are doing to people needs to be let known. It's no wonder car dealerships get such bad reviews, they add all these extra fees and such to make a larger profit. You will never get my business again. I am in the market for another car, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Everything went as scheduled, our touch screen was replaced and works perfectly. Our Service Advisor at Sarasota Subaru, Zak Gates, helped with the service and was extremely easy to work with and very personable. He is an excellent representative for Subaru. After being Jeep owners for 20+ years, Subaru continues to exceed all of our expectations.

The sales and front desk staff very professional.

The sales and front desk staff very professional. It's been 3x back with brakes recall since December. Told fixed about month ago. Had to take it back last week same problem. It's very dishonest practice. Now you have to order 2roters which will take weeks. Very Very disappointed. I have a disabled child I take to appointments 3-4x week.
