*UPDATED REVIEW* Thank you to Victor Mora for patiently working with me to make the issues with my car right. Of all the service advisors I have worked with at Racine Toyota throughout the 7 years I took my car there, he was the one that consistently listened to my concerns and spoke to me compassionately regarding any issues or needed maintenance for my car. I highly praise him for going above and beyond and the exceptional care he provided.

I continue to come to Zeigler for service of my vehicle

I continue to come to Zeigler for service of my vehicle mainly because of Linda Salinas and Moe. Linda is very knowledgeable, friendly, explains things so that I can understand, and I trust the information and advice she gives me regarding my car. Moe has always done an excellent job servicing my car and I trust his knowledge and advice as well.

Last time I was in I had asked about these services that

Last time I was in I had asked about these services that would be provided for my extended warranty but was never told that it was in allotted amount so when I had asked about the oil change they said it would not be covered when in reality it was covered
