Excellent service, clean shop, Oil change and tire

Excellent service, clean shop, Oil change and tire rotation with upgrades on radio and maps. Quick in and out and had time to talk to my sales guy on the 2923 Outback colours and what to put on the car when ordering.

Took Forestor in for scheduled appointment. Service person was pleasant, knowledgable and time estimate of 2 hrs was accurate. Waiting area comfortable.

This dealer has a very clean facility.

This dealer has a very clean facility. The salesman I dealt with was very professional and was willing and able to answer all my questions. His name is Reid and knows the Subaru product very well. I have now purchased three vehicles through the assistance of Reid and his manager. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them. Their service department has been a pleasure to deal with as well. I am very happy to work with them. Jeff

Update, i did receive an offer to upgrade my lease to a new outback for $203 a month and when i called to discuss this I was told that this came from a 3rd party vendor and tgey would not be honoring it even though it had a Subaru logo on it with all my information on it... They need to honor this !

Great Subaru Dealership.

Our experience with Ziegler Subaru of Kenosha was great! Richard, our Sales Rep, gave us the information we needed to make a decision to suit our needs. The facility is kept clean and comfortable. I did purchase an oil change package which I recently used for the first time. I met Jeff in the Service Center who is friendly, well informed about Subaru and polished! I wanted to purchase a car small detail package to spruce up my vehicle from winter dirt, unfortunately they’ve suspended that service for lack of help! However, my Outback was washed and I’m happy I chose a Subaru!

There was a mixup in scheduling and I wasn’t scheduled

There was a mixup in scheduling and I wasn’t scheduled until the next day but as I had a really important appointment, they fit me in and got everything done that I needed to be done. I couldn’t of asked for anything more. They were so pleasant and accommodating and did everything they could to help.
