Took the vehicle for service after scheduling a d appoint

Took the vehicle for service after scheduling a d appoint with them, my leased Accent has only 16,000 miles and less than 2 years. The screen shuts off while driving, the reverse camera doesn't work, and several dash lights are on. Dropped the vehicle around 8am Friday 19th 2024 and never heard back. My wife called them around 3pm to get an update and they told they would need more time. Called again at 5 pm and the service department was already closed. After several calls I was able to contact a manager who requested Alex, service rep, to contact me. She called and explained the vehicle HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED, AND PROBABLY WONT BE TILL MONDAY, I TOLD YOUR WIFE AND SHE SAID IT WAS OK, SHE WAS HEARING The CALL Since I Got it on speaker, and my wife said No, she didn't told.me anything. Long story short I spent a PTO day at home for nothing, now I have to get back to work tomorrow Saturday and I don't have a car, meaning I will have to pay for Uber all weekend. Why is the dealer so irresponsible that they don't care about they customers? The only solution I was able to get is to pick the car tomorrow morning and re-schedule the appointment. Really????

Service dept.

Service dept. forgot about my car for 3 days and then wanted to charge me for an oil change and windshield wipers which we had not authorized them to do. Service person was very rude when we pointed this out and actually told me we must have ordered it because that's what the computer said. We did not have to pay for the things we didn't authorize, but could have just apologized for the mistake. I don't know anything about the sales people, but the service department just reinforced the stereotype of sleazy car dealerships. Will never go back there for any service. They were very bad at communicating with customers.

Love our new hyundai

Great to work with and prices reasonable. The guy with the hat provided us a great experience. I will be back when our daughter starts driving.

Best experience ever

Honestly one of the best places I’ve purchased a car from. I came by to just speak with Jeff Tipton about possibly purchasing a car in the near further but ended up leaving with a brand new Hyundai Elantra. He was beyond helpful and patient with me while trying to figure out all the extra detail. He explained the terms of financing and the entire process was simple and easy. He took the best care of me while I was there. The entire staff was also very kind and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Cronin Hyundai.

New Santa Fe

Great to work with and very good financing... We will definately be back when it's time to trade. The guy in the hat was very good to work with.

Trash service department

Salesman was nice, service department is trash Drove a hour to get my tire fixed, “called to make sure they had a tire first” got there waited 2 hours to find out they forgot about me got an “I’m sorry” from everyone to find out 10 minutes after that they didn’t have the tire. No respect for the customer or there time from service depart.

get service repair costs in writing before repairs

yes i was told that the cost to replace steering bushing was to be about 300 dollars, after repair was made i was charged 398.00 dollars and charged 2.5 hours labor even though it only took 1.5 hours to make repair. very unhappy.

Untrustworthy

I ensured that I waited a week prior to posting as to not post rashly. I spoke with the new car salesperson for quite some time in preparation to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata. The salesperson finally told me that they had the vehicle I was looking for was allocated to their dealership. I offered a deposit to hold and received no response until he texted and said it had arrived. I told him I would leave Dayton Ohio immediately and it would take me about 2.5 hours to drive down. I verified I would be bringing the proper form of down payment. The salesperson confirmed that they knew I was on my way. I arrived 20 minutes prior to the time I told the salesperson. When I found the salesperson I was speaking via text he said they had just sold the car I had driven from Dayton to purchase. I asked to speak to the manager who said they would not hold a car unless they had a deposit. I told him I inquired about a deposit and offered him the text chain. He looked at the text on his computer and said he saw what I was talking about but said there was nothing he could do for me. I drove my family 2.5 hours each way to purchase a car with not even a courtesy call when it was sold to someone else while I was driving. Not only did this cost me 60+ dollars in gasoline but over 5 hours out of our day. There was barely an apology no acknowledgement of wrong doing by the dealership. At the very least they could have offered something to make up for their terrible handling of the situation. Part of the reason I decided to drive down was the good reviews of this dealership. I am very upset and disappointed in the way we were treated.
