I’m very disappointed.

I’m very disappointed. No one takes my concerns seriously in maintenance. I was there in April because I had been pulled over by police for not having working tail lights. I was told by your employees that of course my tail lights work and that the police had likely lied to me as to why I was stopped. And when I was at the dealership last month, I learned that there was a recall because the tail lights don’t always work. Hmm. I told you that in April. I was treated like a dumb woman. I have also expressed concerns about the automatic emergency braking system and the Apple car play not working correctly. I’ve been minimized and dismissed again. I wish I had bought a suburban.
