LeRoy was great! He greeted me when I came in after sending in an email to Rick Reynolds and expecting him to be there at the time I said I would be there. Turns out he had left before I arrived despite my appointment and LeRoy was available to help me out.

One Issue
I had leased a 2013 car. I turned it in to get this 2017 Elantra. I understood from the salesperson that the "his manager" had looked at the turned in car and everything was okay and no further charges were due for the 2013 vehicle. Then I received a bill for an "excess wear and tear" charge of $225 in a letter/bill dated 7/22/16. I spoke to a Ms. Williams on 7/29/16 at (866) 771-3663 to ask why I was receiving this. She said a corporate inspector had made this determination after the lease signing. She couldn't really explain was this was for and promised to send me a copy of the report which she said would take 10 days to receive by mail. She said she couldn't email it. I haven't received the report as of today (8/14/16). I think the salesperson should have told me someone else would be looking at the car at a later time and that there might be additional charges. No one likes surprise bills!

My visit was professional , quick , easy . Non stressful. I will def return to buy another car in the future. My father and myself were very pleased with Bob the original salesman we spoke with. And john def got the job done. Also Sean is amazing at what he does ! All together great experience!
