My overall experience, was sweet and simple (how it should be). I will be the first to admit that I am a difficult customer, I am very proactive and inquisitive and for me to have sealed the deal on a car within 4 days speaks for itself. My main salesperson (Vatche) was so accommodating and professional - and he stayed with me throughout the entire process. He made himself available and worked tediously to get me the best offer. He listens to your needs/wants and then works seamlessly with the other necessary departments to ensure quality service. I am so happy with not just my favorite dream car, but also the experience! I highly recommend the dealership.

I was stuck in North Jersey after my 2010 CTS became...

I was stuck in North Jersey after my 2010 CTS became mechanically disabled. I had not even purchased my vehicle from Englewood Cadillac but because my vehicle was still under warranty and they were the closest dealer, it was towed there for work. I was very pleased with them. They could not do enough to help me even though I had not purchased from them. Thank you again Jose and crew.

We were very pleased with Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. Our sales representative's name is Gino Blanco. He and all the staff was very friendly and took very good care of us. We came to the dealer late one evening with a special ad from the newspaper. Gino stayed with us until we knew what we wanted even though it was after 9 PM.!! We received exactly what we were looking for and drove away in the car the next day. He took care of all the paperwork and calling our insurance company for us. We did not have to worry about anything. He was also very knowledgeable on informing me how to use all the features in the car. I have already recommended my friends about Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. I love my new SRX and when my lease is up I will definitly be back there to buy a new one.

I came in a the last minute and before I finsin with my...

I came in a the last minute and before I finsin with my vehicle problem . It was in then to my surprise it was out in less than 20 minutes without a charge. This is the second time I come with a problem and it was handle just as quick. A month ago I needed to replace my transmission. They sent picture so that I could see what they were doing since my days are sent at work. Another great job.
