I had a terrible experience with this dealership.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I bought a 2022 Volvo S60 Recharge from them. It was advertised as the extended range. They delivered the car for free from Houston which was nice, However, when I got the car there was no charging cable to charge it. They said "you bought it as is". Okay. I had one. Charged the car and it was not the extended range as advertised. They had no remedy for that. I asked them to change the tires because I had a blow out on the previous Pirelli tires on my Volvo and totaled the car. They put cheap Chinese mud and snow tires on the car. A day and a half later the front tire was flat! Took to Discount tire and they found a cracked rim. I could not drive the car for over a month while they sourced a new rim. I had to stay on them and Shawn Prazers the manager actually went on spring break for a week without even mentioning it to me and having promised to take care of the rim. Total incompetence and ill will towards women who try to buy a car alone!

I don't know how they are at selling cars but their service department is horrible. They kept my car for 22 days. At first they advised that although I had an appointment they were unable to work on my car because there was no service bay available. Then they admitted that they had no technician trained on suspensions and I would have to pay their hourly rate while he learned about suspensions and tried to figure out what to do. Then they stopped answering the phone and returning calls. Finally after 22 days and more than a thousand dollars, I got my car back. This is the third time I have had a really bad service experience there. I note that every time I have gone they have a completely new staff from Service Manager on down. It may be some time before they get competent. Meanwhile I recommend that you steer clear of this group.

This location is absolutely amazing.

This location is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. I haven’t experienced this type of customer service in a very long time while purchasing a car. Thank you to the entire team at Grubbs. Special thanks to my car salesman Cardell Miles. He is exceptional to work it.

The service experience has been a nightmare.

The service experience has been a nightmare. My vehicle, which was in for a scheduled routine service, was not delivered on the committed day and time. No one calls back to update you on the status of your vehicle, even if you manage to get in touch with them.
